We went to autozone and OReilly's here but no body was able to help us. We even went to private mechanic shops but no of course they couldn't help us. Then we were lucky and found Jason at Napa auto parts on the other side of I 40. He made sure we didn't leave there without the correct part. He didn't have the exact part but he found one that fit our drive shaft and made sure we could make it home. Great place great service will never forget in my life.

Lets see if we can not let this happen again. So i made an…read more appointment a couple weeks ago(Jan ) to install a key ignition switch on the 4th of Feb. The day I made the appointment I got switched over to the parts department and ordered the part. I confirmed with parts department that it would arrive intime for the install on the 4th. On the date of the appointment, which was confirmed by your text, i had to cancell due to my wife's illness. I call back to reschedule the appointment ASAP. Had to leave a request for call back. I received a voice msg later that day. I find part was never ordered due to me have to prove the Duramax is mine and the part was not and will not be ordered until I personally bring drivers license and proof of ownership of the vehicle. Really? Do you think it might me a good idea to let me know this from the very beginning. Like when the parts clerk talked to me. Or maybe when he found out that he couldn't order it with proper owner proof. It is a good thing that I didn't drive up 20 miles on the 4th just find out you never ordered the part. I would been highly angered. So now I'm going to drive to Horne today to make sure the part is ordered. Not cool at all.
