This is the third motor that they will be installing into our one (1) owner, ran great and quite. Took it to Haralson's for a radiator & tires.. Nine (9) months and $11,000.00 later we got it back.. It sounded like a thrashing machine and loud...we took it to an independent shop to check it out because did not feel comfortable driving it.. The independent shop found that the timing was off, 4 bolts- 3 missing, 1 not even finger tight and the water pump was leaking, just for starters... The mechanic dropped a bolt down the intake, in our original motor, the second one they are blaming the motor company for the motor having a grove in it and that is why the water pump is leaking ? Right !!! Now we are waiting to hear when the new motor will be in and installed.. My main complaint this time is The treatment I am receiving, like I am the bad guy ?? The manager (Cari) at the Taylor, AZ shop is not getting back with me, I have called the main office In Sanford, AZ I've talked to Joey (Manager), Shawn Haralson and someone named Chris.. I have talked to all of them, and left voice maiLes.. No one has gotten back with me. I called and asked to speak with the Owner ( Casey Haralson ) a gentleman named Chris said she was not there could he help me, I started to tell him my name and the situation and that we needed a loaner because we couldn't go another nine (9) months without our truck.. he said he would talk to Casey and call me back in an hour, that was two(2) days ago !! I've tried to call three or four times during business hours, they see my number and just let it ring and ring. My advice to anyone considering, thinking or wondering if they should take their vehicle to Haralson's DO NOT. They don't even have a Certified Mechanic, the correct equipment or knowledge to even do tires ...! Giving them 1 star is way too many. Stay tuned, I'm not done

The staff were always friendly, personaliable and the interior was cared for with a waiting room. (I prefer to drop and leave to run errands). In short time my vehicles were completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. (my alignment was a little off and I was not charged a full rate for a minor adjustment) I will return for my service needs and I highly recommend this location.

My truck has over 300,000 miles and runs like brand new again!! They're very very helpful, polite, trustworthy, and timely efficient!! Not to mention they're a family owned and ran business!!! After Norm inspected and replaced the rear brake shoes and cylinders on both axles, Carolyn called to tell me that Norm also found the brake fluid was rusty at the front calipers and master cylinder. That meant a complete brake job. After I picked up my truck, I drove it around town and found the brakes to be smooth and very stable. I had to drive back home to Tucson the next day pulling my trailer, so I didn't want any issues heading through the Salt River Canyon - for sure! Since we have a seasonal home in Show Low, I'll be referring all our local friends to you. I paid $276 for an oil change on a gas motorhome. My previous high for an oil change was $105. I was told the mechanic had to work outside and that's why it cost so much. It was 70 degrees. I guess he got cold.

I had had a code that indicates an issue with the catalytic converter. I had turned off the code but I asked them to check the car any. I also asked them to top off the Freon. The mechanics found a cabin filter that BADLY needed to be changed, but checked the other systems. I could overhear them and they found everything in order. I was charged for 1/2 hour of labor although I think they spe more tone than that giving me advice about a radio issue I asked them about. I also felt respected and felt no pressure to purchase anything extra. The new reception gal was also super. Overall I saw zero evidence cited by the negative reviews and I will be bringing my other car in to have them install a radio.
