They told us that, took our money, didn't return emails, cut parents off from watching practice and didn't play my kids when it was tournament time. I spoke with our coach, she told me "playing time is earned" yet my girls did everything asked of them. Half the players on our team played 2 percent or less of the time. Girls standing on the sidelines for 8 plus hours watching the favorites never leave the court. The coaches and owners are totally okay with this. They're not a championship club, either. It's not good for experienced players who are looking at colleges, nor is it good for beginners. It's a horribly run club, the owner can't even keep payments made accounted for. Start your daughter anywhere else but here. We had 2 players leave before the end of our season due to the toxic culture they allow. Your daughter deserves better!

Drove all the way around building to the C building in the parking lot that was designated to the restaurant as we hadn't walked in the ball game yet.(which was super far)... started walking towards the gate that was open and a security guard stops to tell us we have to walk all the way around to the front to go in. (He was on a cart and didn't offer to drive us just flat out said no). We asked if we could sneak by him and still said no... there wasn't a sole in sight. (He could've physically escorted us but instead, stuck on the word "no" to walk around the full building). Hospitality runs in every industry. There are families who are willing to spend money ONSITE if you could get your signage together for clear communication for the people who would spend dollars and also, for some better customer service. It's not my fault you have poor signage. But when you have people willing to spend, and not ONE customer around... you should welcome them. That's how business works... Instead, he drove over to the baseball field where I saw him again. Sitting and looking at his phone... I hope that works out well for him.... I would be pissed if one of my employees got paid to sit on their phone and turn business away. Mr. Security Guard... your wages are paid by people who spend at your facilities. Considering I spend a fortune on baseball and also spend a fortune with my cheerleading company that comes to compete at this facility, I think you should go educate yourself on treating people well. (especially when it's SO hot outside)... a little kindness goes a long way. Also, if you want to "follow rules"... ask your supervisor if scrolling is a part of the job title. As for me, I will better prepare myself this weekend (as I have to be here for 3 more days) so I don't have to spend $1 of my hard earned money there.

Table Tennis & More has been established in 2015, has four tables with one robot if you want to practice alone and you can pay as you go, monthly or annual membership. Matt, the owner was there when I visited, he greeted me and talked about players, tournaments, and coaching with patience and passion (I know, how can one mix those together!). This is a very nice club with enough ventilation and well lit, clean and professionally arranged. Matt also has good rackets with affordable prices so I recommend if you go there and don't have a racket, buy one from him. Rackets are professional and more affordable than retail stores and he can even customize professional rackets for you.
