Been there several times since it opened 2 weeks ago…read more I have experienced nothing but friendly people. They just opened at the beginning of the month...so the few glitches in the system is not a surprise. They are adding classes all the time but the demand is high. I think this is due to just newly opening Did the Mother's Day massage and facial. Maria was amazing! I have taken a cycling class called Amp. Good class higher intensity Can't wait for the new classes coming I also went to a Dynamic Stretch session. Wow. Noticed a difference in my squat within the hour. Into to Pilates was very informative and I suspect I will be taking more The Dante Jam class was so much fun. But expect to burn some calories! Next trying Yoga. Mat Pilates, and Intro to Pickleball

Day pass pricing at the Gilbert location is $50 for adults and $30 for children, which feels high for what's offered. In the family locker room, several lockers were not functioning properly. Assistance was requested, and it was mentioned that the locker selected was already known to be broken, though it didn't appear to be marked or addressed to prevent the same issue for others. The pool area felt underwhelming and quiet. The hot tub is restricted to ages 12 and up, which may be limiting for families with younger children. Overall, staff interactions felt minimal and the environment wasn't particularly welcoming or engaging.

I contacted Arizona Soccer Skills Academy because my son was begging me for private soccer lessons…read moreover the summer. I spoke with Coach Rizzo on several occasions about it, and he kept trying to push us to the summer camp group sessions, which I made clear I did not want. Eventually, Coach Rizzo agreed to private lessons, and I registered and paid the $414 for 6 weekly lessons. After the first lesson, Coach Rizzo suggested we join the group sessions, which I took to mean in addition to the private lessons. Yesterday, we showed up for lesson #2, and Coach Rizzo was not there. When I texted him, he said he transferred us to the group sessions in lieu of private lessons, and when I objected and requested a refund, he said they don't issue refunds. So, it was a bait and switch, and I'm out hundreds of dollars. Their website says they offer private soccer lessons, but only if your child is good enough, apparently, yet they will gladly take your money and provide nothing in return. It should be noted we did attend a trail group session before registering AND PAYING FOR private lessons and then a group session after the first private lessons. We were less than impressed. The teenage coaches kept the kids in a tiny practice space, no even large enough to run in, and did extremely basic drills. (My son is 13 and has been playing recreational soccer for years.) My son was bored and not at all challenged. I do not recommend this organization.

Kids are grouped by skill level to practice drills & scrimmage with others. I really like the practice times/locations (Cooley middle school & Power Ranch) and the coaches (James runs the show but has many assistant coaches working with small groups). My kids understand the game now & have improved as athletes. We've referred a few friends. Great set up all around!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Where to begin. We hosted a very expensive 40th birthday for myself…read morehere. I did menu tasting, and everything. THE FOOD FOR MY BIRTHDAY was atrocious. Nothing like the menu I tasted. All the chicken breast was dry and no one ate it. All the filet we paid for was under cooked. I had taste tested a mocktail to be served to everyone. They 'lost' the recipe and all the drinks were gross. We spent a lot of money. I even shared my concerns. They DID nothing for us. Oh, and one server was clearly very upset to be working out party. Just a terrible experience ALL around. Do not plan an event here. And whoever the new event person is. She is also unfriendly. Her name is Kim. I am a cancer survivor and turning 40 was such a big deal for me. They should be embarrassed.

From junior clinics to social mixers and competitive leagues, the program brought energy and life to that part of the club. Removing it feels like a step backward, especially for members who joined specifically for tennis. What's most frustrating is the lack of transparency from the GM and ignored member input in the decision. A change of this magnitude deserved thoughtful communication and an opportunity for feedback. Instead, it feels abrupt and out of touch with what many members value most. Very disappointing.
