I arrived within a hour of them closing for the day and Maddy was picked up where Ken left off. Like Ken, she took me out to the container inventory to select two containers for purchase and gave me zero grief for picking two "twin" containers in a harder-to-reach area of their inventory stack. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She never rushed me and continued to work beyond their posted hours of operation to finish up the purchase paperwork and delivery details. Leading up to the delivery, I was kept well-informed of their timelines. On the day of delivery, they even adjusted their schedule to accommodate mine. The containers arrived even better than promised. The driver, Kallen, was just as courteous and efficient as everyone I dealt with beforehand. He made sure to place the containers evenly to one another and the same distance from the property line. Jeremy came to the site and informed the builders to take down what was already being built, he refused to negotiate or take responsibility for the size of the shed or the price and walked away. He donned his mask, opened the office door, pointed to his mask with two fingers and then pointed towards the door. I told him I forgot my medical badge in the truck and only wanted to ask a question. He again pointed towards the door. As I started to turn and leave once realizing he didn't want my money he asked "what do you want." I turned back and asked him if they had antennas. He said "no" and shut the door. He may have been the rudest person I have met since I moved to Arizona. I didn't want to walk around his scrap yard anyway.
