He spoke to me about the space expectations for heavy drapery, as well as the maintenance requirements, and we quickly pivoted to other options. When he brought up the idea of a pull-down shade, I balked hard; my visions of those types of shades was outdated. We ended up choosing exactly what he suggested and I AM ECSTATIC! It took about four weeks to come in, the installer showed up right on time, and this is a blackout shade that looks so elegant and modern - I am thrilled. It rolls smoothly, and as it rolls down it seamlessly glides over the sliding glass door handle. I was envisioning something more clunky, something that protruded but this lays flat and truly blocks the light. The pricing was also very fair and competitive; they came in at far less than the Shade Store. I would go back to them for any window treatment needs, and recommend them to everyone!

A business owner would normally follow up with an email, phone call or text with a customer after a week or so after an email ascended with no response. Greg was in and out in less than an hour, everything worked perfectly before he left, and there wasn't a single thing to clean up afterward. I went to FloorEver Interiors after looking at eight other stores. I was discouraged because I had not been able to find a match to some existing, discontinued tile in the front part of our home. Jeanne was able to find a complimentary tile in stock at an excellent price, and even helped me pick out a transition border that tied the two different tiles together beautifully. She came out to our house and helped me pick out a Stain Master carpet that matched the tile. She brought the tile and transition tile so we could look at everything together. The tile and carpet installers that they sent out were excellent. We were amazed with the tiny intricate cuts in the tile work around the doors. The installations done by the crews were top notch. It was a huge project. So when we moved to Gilbert we asked our realtor for a recommendation for cabinets and he recommended Prosource here!!! We had NO idea it was a chain. So we went and low and behold our cabinet specialist was none other than Tricia!!!!! She moved too!! She has become a trusted friend who even came and saw our house and what we meant about what we wanted!! She added arches and a shelf to her design and it all fit like a glove and looks AMAZING!! I picked two colors I liked from the warehouse and was given nice large samples to take home to decide. Cody came to measure within a few days and the price was very fair and they could schedule quicker than I could even be ready.
