I got a bid with-in hours and they schedule my install. They showed up on time, were very courteous and talked through any issues they encountered. The actual laying of the flooring took under 5 hours but had to be split over two mornings because when the old carpet came up, the floor was uneven. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! I contacted a few flooring places that had good reviews on Yelp and narrowed it down to Arizona Wholesale Floors. We visited this company and they had a large selection of flooring samples. The customer service rep was pleasant, polite, and accommodating. We were quickly shown suitable samples of berber carpeting in our desired colors, quality, and price point. Our order was written up quickly and we were given an installation date. We were called the day before to confirm installation and an appropriate time. Luis showed up alone to install the carpet which was for a 15' x 17' room. We learned that Luis had been installing for 35 years (since he was a teenager). Luis was both polite and efficient. We are very happy with the finished product which are in the pictures below.

Unfortunately, my experience did not match that reputation. The projects themselves had issues, but the bigger problem was the communication, lack of follow-through, and lack of accountability when those issues came up. To be clear, I understand that mistakes happen. Materials can be delayed. Defects can occur. Schedules can change. That is part of any home improvement project. What matters is how a company communicates, takes ownership, and helps the customer through those issues. That is where The Floor Store fell short in my experience. My carpet project started with a material shortage that left part of the installation unfinished while more carpet had to be ordered. That shortage also appears to have contributed to seams being placed in areas where they may have been avoidable if enough material had been ordered correctly from the beginning. The countertop project then brought a separate set of problems when a defect was identified and a replacement became necessary. Again, issues happen. But throughout both projects, I repeatedly had to chase down updates, ask for status information, and coordinate details that I believe should have been proactively handled by the company. The most frustrating part was the breakdown in communication between scheduling, installers, contractors, and management. Follow-ups that were promised did not happen. Schedules changed without proper notice. At several points, I felt like I was doing the work of the project coordinator just to keep things moving. What concerns me most is what happened after the projects were completed. At management's request, I took the time to provide a detailed written summary of my experience and concerns. I sent that on July 25. Weeks went by with no acknowledgment or response. I followed up again on August 11 and still received no meaningful communication. I also attempted to escalate the issue again before posting this review. That lack of response reinforced the exact concerns I had already raised about communication, follow-through, and accountability. I spent more than $20,000 with this company and expected a much higher level of customer service and project management. While the final products may be acceptable, the process to get there was unnecessarily frustrating and disappointing. At this point, I am posting this review because all private attempts to resolve or even discuss the matter have gone unanswered. I was not looking for excuses or an argument. I was looking for acknowledgment, accountability, and an honest conversation about what went wrong. Ignoring a customer after more than $20,000 in business is not acceptable. If ownership or senior management genuinely cares about their customers, their reviews, and the reputation of this business, I would encourage them to contact me immediately. I would still prefer to resolve this directly and fairly, but that requires someone from The Floor Store to actually respond. Future customers should know that when things go wrong, communication and follow-through matter. In my case, that is where The Floor Store failed. I hope management chooses to take this seriously, because this experience has completely changed the way I view a company I originally trusted.

I went to FloorEver Interiors after looking at eight other stores. I was discouraged because I had not been able to find a match to some existing, discontinued tile in the front part of our home. Jeanne was able to find a complimentary tile in stock at an excellent price, and even helped me pick out a transition border that tied the two different tiles together beautifully. She came out to our house and helped me pick out a Stain Master carpet that matched the tile. She brought the tile and transition tile so we could look at everything together. The tile and carpet installers that they sent out were excellent. We were amazed with the tiny intricate cuts in the tile work around the doors. Jeanne, Amanda, and Wendy were amazing. My boyfriend and I bought a house and gutted a lot of things. They were there all the way, through colors, floor styles, countertops, carpets, tiles, etc. They were informative, easy to talk to, and excited to help in anyway they could. I had new floors put down in four bedrooms, the associated closets and a hallway. Wendy was my consultant and she was fabulous from beginning to end. The installations done by the crews were top notch. It was a huge project.
