We started in the showroom with Karl, who was very patient showing us different options, then allowing my husband and I time to discuss among ourselves what we wanted. We just had our master shower remodeled by Floorever Flooring & Interiors. It is absolutely beautiful. The owner, Jean, was so easy to work with and her crew members doing the tiling, plumbing, and dry walling were excellent. They were prompt, friendly and left each day cleaning up so that we would never know we were under construction. Plus the tile installers were so friendly and informative as they were here a couple weeks and got to chat on their lunch break a couple times. To say we are disappointed in Floorever would be an understatement. We had carpet and tile installed by Floorever, due to a recommendation from a friend. Mistake. The installation took 3 days longer than they estimated, and they did it in such a poorly planned manner that we had to go to a hotel for a night as they decided to install tile in both bathrooms at the same time, and they didn't finish in one day, so we had no bathroom. Once installed, the materials look great, but that didn't last long. We purchased middle of the road product, per the description of the sales associate. Our tile is great, but there have been several tiles where the grout has come out. In addition, the installers scratched up our baseboards to the point they need repainting and/or replacement. The carpet....is terrible. After less than 2 years the carpet is fraying and matted down. We are finding carpet fibers daily coming out from the carpet. When we informed the owner what was going on, he did come out. First, he questioned whether or not our complaints were even valid, at one time saying 'I guess I have to believe you.' Then, he said we weren't taking proper care of the carpet, and our vacuum was suddenly not the right kind. When we showed him the baseboards, he said 'I'm not sure what you want me to do about that.' Then questioned whether or not we were telling the truth. It's very disappointing to have so many issues, and to have them not addressed properly. Poor installation, lack of customer service, and poor materials is worth 2 stars. It would be one, but we do like the tile, albeit with poor grout. read more

After living in our home for 25 years, we were ready for an update to our flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and fireplaces. After interviewing several interior design companies, our choice to have Floorever Interiors do the remodel was exactly the price and style we wanted. The service provided by Jeanne and Karl was constructive, providing various options to our southwest theme. We first were looking to replace our existing floor tile as well as update the bathrooms. We picked out a porcelain tile for the floor, but decided it wasn't quite the pattern we wanted. When we further clarified the look, Jeanne quickly arranged for a tile representative to come into FloorEver with additional samples that was exactly what we wanted, a beautiful multi-color Travertine stone! Once that was defined, Jeanne was able to present us with tile and countertop samples for the bathrooms, laundry room and fireplaces that went so well with the flooring. For us, the kitchen is a work of art! The cabinets are made with high quality and durable hickory wood. Our prior kitchen design led to stretching or bending in the challenging search for pots, bowls, mixers, baking pans and utensils. After Jeanne showed us various cabinet storage options, we added racks to organize our pots, Tupperware, wine glasses, cookbooks, spices, baking pans and KitchenAid mixer which created a highly functional kitchen layout. It took a variety of skilled craftsman to installed the stone, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, backsplash and countertops. Jeanne provided a realistic schedule, and the work was on-time and professional. And if there were questions, they either asked us or would get on the phone with Jeanne for clarification. We love the finished product and will definitely recommend FloorEver Interiors to our friends and family. We are looking forward to working with Jeanne and Karl again on tiling our outdoor space! read more

If you are looking for excellent service and quality work, look no further. FloorEver Interiors just completed new tile in our home and I can't say enough wonderful things about them. First, Jeanne was patient, informative and helpful when we chose the tile. This was especially challenging since existing tile in the entry was no longer available and the new tile would need to match as closely as possible. It does! Next, the work crew was timely, very professional and did a fantastic job. Often, the little things make the difference in a job like this. They protected our existing floors with covering throughout the entire process. And when they had to demo the old kitchen tile, they covered the cabinets to keep them clean and protected. I can't agree with any of these reviews. Without mentioning names I had quotes done on Plantation Shutters, wood floors and a tile shower, and a patio sun screen. I never got the shutter and shade estimate. I had another company here and his suggestions and help far surpassed their presentation. The other estimates were a lot higher and because I practically had to beg to get the estimates back, I did not use them. I got a same day estimate from the company I did use for Plantation Shutters and patio sun screen and a same day estimate for my wood floors. read more

Came in to look at tile on 4-15-17, found something that would work for me. Sales person said that they have it in California and it would take 2 days once order was placed by my contractor. My contractor called, made the payment and nothing ever was ordered. Friday comes along still no word on my tile. Come to find out that they never even ordered it since they told me that they were waiting for payment. Well, it was paid for in full and the woman who took the call never ordered it. So now I find out about this delay and was told that they were very sorry. Well, that doesn't get me the tile like I had arranged for. The owner asked me if she wanted me to fire the woman who took my order. I've NEVER heard something so dumb before. Who says something like that to a customer? So, I said no it still will not get my tile here. So a few hours go by and I get a phone call from the owner again stating that she found the tile at Bedrosian's tile in Phoenix. She said that she spoke with "her gal" over there and they have enough to do my job. She apologized and gave me a reference number. So now today 4-22 Saturday, I drive all the way over there to Bedrosians tile only to find out that the girl she spoke to did not know what she was looking for nor bothered to verify the number of the tile. All I got from her was "Oh I'm sorry, I really flubbed up" Again, another person who cannot do their job effectively. In the end, I drove all over the Phx. area to find something that I can settle with at Floor and Decor. At least I can walk in to that place and see exactly the tile walk outside and look at how it looks under sunlight with no issues. Wound up going back inside Floor & Decor, picked up 60sqft of tile for my shower floor and walked out happier. My take a way from this is, if you have to rely on someone else to do something for you? You better make sure to follow up the next day and make sure that someone is doing their job. I've been building my new house since November, and constantly run into this type of behavior constantly. If you want it done right, it's always better to do it yourself. Stay away from Bedrosians, Floorever Interiors, and Flooring America. Nobody at these 3 places knows what they are doing. read more

I had a LOT of work done by Floorever Interiors, new tile floors and carpeting throughout my whole house including new baseboards and even had a new kitchen island installed, all new quartz countertops, as well as two full bath remodels including a beautiful walk-in huge tile shower in the master and new cabinetry and countertops. Great experience! We needed to replace two rooms, hallway, bathroom,and 2 closets due to a water heater leak.
