I literally can be alone when I exercise. Second, it seems I'm with those my age. Third, there are different activity programs. They know me by name and I've just begun my membership. There is no pretense or ego. I've witnessed one cad who won't wipe down the machines after he uses them. He will spend eternity in his own private hell! Sorry about that. Because of the good stuff I mentioned, I show up. After, I feel I've done myself good. I'd rather none of you join, but if you're looking, go here. Just please remember to wipe the equipment down!
