They don't stand by their products. I paid them nearly…read more$10,000 upfront for two 45 foot containers. One of the owners, Jonathan, raved about their quality and guaranteed that both containers were air and water tight. But both containers had leaks. We contacted Jonathan and he replied right away. After a week of the company constantly sending us back to the container for pictures and video. They sent out a contractor who simply put caulk in numerous places on top of the container. Obviously caulk wouldn't do the job anyway. Even worse, the contractor missed the leaks. We contacted owner, Jonathan, again. He told us that employee, Marcus, no longer worked with them but that he would take care of it. Seemed like great customer service, accept its been nearly a month and we can no longer get ahold of Jonathan. Mistakes happen, and although it was definitely frustrating that they didn't check the containers for leaks before they dropped them, it would have been an easy fix. So I definitely will NOT recommend them.

I never received the 20ft shipping container with the 8ft roll up door he promised. Company looks legit, has a website, sent me an invoice, but still no shipping container 4 months later. Jonathan screens his phone calls and will only call back new potential customers. I filed a complaint with AZ attorney General.
