The place is like new and super clean! As I mentioned the customer service is over the top! When we called for to inquire -Justin and Thomas sold us right then! They informed us about how awesome the units are and explained pricing! I am the type of person that would pay a bit more for good quality and safety of my contents. ESS -checked all of our boxes. In addition to being the BEST quality of units with excellent security equipment-their pricing was also THE BEST!! I didn't have to forgo on for the other-we got it all. When we arrived-the unit was spotless and was in a perfect location. We just moved out which was such an easy process AND we got money back for a month not used!!! A nearly doubled payment in such a short amount of time is ridiculous. On top of that, the staff is extremely unresponsive and difficult to get ahold of when you have questions or concerns. Feels very misleading and customer service is basically nonexistent. Please look elsewhere before signing a contract here.
