The place is like new and super clean! As I mentioned the customer service is over the top! When we called for to inquire -Justin and Thomas sold us right then! They informed us about how awesome the units are and explained pricing! I am the type of person that would pay a bit more for good quality and safety of my contents. ESS -checked all of our boxes. In addition to being the BEST quality of units with excellent security equipment-their pricing was also THE BEST!! I didn't have to forgo on for the other-we got it all. When we arrived-the unit was spotless and was in a perfect location. We just moved out which was such an easy process AND we got money back for a month not used!!! I also want to add that one time my husband was unloading something and the guys up front must have seen him on camera (which I love) and ran out and offered to help.
