While driving on the freeway I heard/felt a loud thump underneath the car. While I don't know what was on the freeway, I wish they'd clean it more. Immediately I knew my car felt differently and started hearing and feeling something. I was panicked! Why? B/c I had to pick up my child and if the car wasn't drivable how was I to pick my child up while they still need a car seat. (A mother's mind races to solve potential problems like no other). Had me come 4 days in a row saying it was fixed, new issue every time, battery suddenly dead (only had for 8 months) which I was somehow charged $400 for? $150 for an hour of labor- a joke. They left my car on the jack another day, and other complications for the other days. Terrible. 2. I only asked for 3 things to be done. The main one of my DPF being cleaned was not done at all. Ended up spending $1500 cause I supposedly had to get parts replaced to fix my ac, and the Freon "wouldn't do the job". My AC is somehow substantially worse, doesn't even make sense to me, as how this can even happen. 3. I was told a big fix was needed, $2600 of a new part needed for my noc filter. I have asked for notes as to specifically what it is during the days I went in and couldn't get my car. I called in twice now after asking for the notes of what exactly is needed. The noc filter is a DPF for my car, the exact thing I asked them to clean out, a normal diesel car necessity every so often. Got it checked out at a VW dealership near me and nothing is wrong, just needed it cleaned out- did it for $175. I could put more but sadly, this is a business at the end of the day. Just a shitty one!

I sat and looked at my phnoe for a little bit until the battery almost died (it was alrfeady low when I got there). They had charging cords on the coffee table with adapters for every phone. I plugged my phone in and sat it on the table and got comfortable for a longer wait, but moments later, true to the 1.5 hour estimate, they said my truck was ready. They advised me of some sort of leak on the front axle, but told me to check with the dealership because it might be under warranty. I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back for future service.
