During the initial showing of the samples we complained how thin the samples were but we were assured that the padding is what would leave the final product to our satisfaction. We were not given any other options so took their eyes for it only to be disappointed with no only the thinness of the carpet and padding but the utter denial that it is any thinner than before. The owner came to our home twice only to tell us the same thing. We now have to hire another flooring company to do the job to our satisfaction then try to get any out of pocket expenses covered by the insurer Nationwide. After the installation we even noticed the seam losing its backing and crinkles when your walk over it.

This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete!
