Orange latte (top right), Spanish latte (bottom left), and a black americano (bottom right)

The drinks were absolutely amazing! I got the orange summer latte and the Spanish latte. Orange and Esspresso sounds off putting to some people but this place crafted the latte perfectly together. I chugged it down in less than 20 minutes. The orange zest garnished on top took it to a complete different level of deliciousness. I'm always contemplating getting Spanish lattes from places because it can easily be a hit or a miss but this was definitely a hit for me. 100% would come back. The cart is located inside an aircraft museum, which is just completely awesome! Both the owners were also very sweet and kind!! Im not someone to leave reviews, but this place was just amazing and definitely recommend giving it a go!

Great little hidden gem! l got an iced americano with a bit of coconut and agave and it was delicious! Was impressed how good it was. I didn't catch the names of the two people working but they were high energy and fabulous in every way I'll definitely be back!

What can I say!! Stumbled upon this coffee shop highlighted on my Instagram, and found that it is only 5 minutes from my home here at the Preserve in Chino! It's Ark Coffee located at the entrance of the Yanks Air Museum , you don't have to pay to get in since it's just inside the entrance of the museum and there's plenty of parking. The very first time I went I got the Banana Spice Latte, second and third time I got the Coconut Creme Latte and well now today I tried the newest addition, the Frequent Flyer Latte.....sooooo good! I can't tell you my fav because all are great, I have to put it on rotation, haha. Go see Yana and Matt, they'll take care of you!

Asked about their Frequent Flyer Latte and it's apparently a honey macchiato, which piqued my interest.

The young crew that works this space is…read morehardworking and always kind and while their workspace is quite small they keep it very well kept and clean which is impressive. I love when they bring in a vase of flowers it really adds to the ambiance. The hojicha latte is my favorite and is toasty, nutty and flavorful. Great if you don't want something too sweet I've ordered it so many times. The berry matcha so refreshing and tasty, popular for a very valid reason. If you want something a little more hydrating the coconut matcha fits the bill. Lastly would recommend the marble latte if you're looking for a strong coffee! It slaps. Thank you for the consistent service.

I was shopping a few days earlier and noticed a girl with delicious looking coffee. I asked her…read moreabout it and she said it was from Coft. A few days later I stopped by here. Parking is weird here. They share a parking lot with a nail salon and the on-site parking is limited and cramped. I pulled up with a spot open. I suffered later as it was tricky to reverse out but I survived. Lol. I guess you can park on the street but there are signs from the business regarding towing, so I was a bit ancy. Not sure how comfortable I would feel if I returned to stay and study for a few hours. Anywho, this establishment looks like its a house renovated into a coffee shop. Decent amount of tables and chairs to stay for a chat over coffee or a study session. Lots of seating outside as well. They also have a shelf of books, but I wish it wasn't tucked away making it hard to access if other customers are sitting right in front of it. As for the service and drink I would give it a 4. Service was friendly and I did get a few recommendations. I decided to get their vietnamese coffee and to their credit, it was decent. I come from GG/Bolsa which has the most authentic vietnamese coffees in Socal, so given this is out of that area, they still have a good recipe for viet coffee. The only thing was I wasn't allowed to get extra ice probably because of their recipe. Their normal ice level was fine. I also got a spinach feta croissant. I did like that they had a variety lof savory and sweet croissants. Although my croissant was warmed, the inside of it was not when I took a few bites. The flavor was also just okay, so I wouldn't get that again. All in all, I would return to try other drinks but be more cautious of where I park.

What a wonderful little coffeehouse! We didn't get anything…read moreto drink, but we did enjoy some absolutely delicious food. We opted for the alfajores, strawberry croissant, and warm ham and cheese croissant. First, the alfajores! Delicious, delicious, DELICIOUS! This wonderful South American dessert was properly made and HUGE. The filling and the outside cookie were both perfect -- the flavors felt like a symphony dancing across my tongue. Next, the strawberry croissant: a perfectly flaky pastry filled with creamy, smooth custard that had just the right amount of everything. It was like a dream. Third and finally, the ham and cheese croissant -- OMG! I don't remember ever having a ham and cheese croissant like this before. This was quite possibly the best one I've ever eaten. This little family-owned and operated bakery/coffeehouse is one of my favorites. I highly recommend that anyone passing through stop by and indulge -- and I don't mean a little... go all out and treat yourself! The staff were friendly and quick to assist both during and after ordering. The shop has a great vibe that makes you feel transported from the busy California city hustle to a charming small-town coffeehouse that's been around for 30 years. This is a must-visit spot for everyone!

I did have to drive the block twice to find parking, but locals know this spot pretty well so cars will be in and out of parking spaces in no time. On the plus side, by driving around the block, you will see other businesses and murals that you would want to check out once you visit Mestiza Coffeehouse. The coffeehouse is cashless, so be prepared to pay accordingly. Behind the counter are employees baking and barista-ing all aspects of this place. Upon placing your order be prepared to pick-up your order separately if you order a pastry and a beverage. Speaking of beverages, I ordered a Bees and Flowers...iced. As recommended by the barista. So good! For foods, I ordered a deliciously flaky Almond Croissant, that was topped with sliced almonds and powdered sugar and filled with their house-made almond paste. I highly recommend visiting Mestiza Coffeehouse and shop one of its many vendors of goods in the seating area.
