I've been here twice and both times was after a meal at La Bufadora next door. Parking is difficult in the front of the facility, unless you intend to be here for less than 20 minutes; there is a designated 20 minute parking area. When ordering here, I don't usually order at the register since the baristas are always busy. They don't acknowledge when guests come in, so I use the kiosk to the left to make my purchase. My phone number doesn't work for the rewards and I could never figure out how to sign up. I ordered my usual milk tea with boba. This time, I put less ice since it was chilly outside and I even had on a cardigan. When my drink came, I was fairly disappointed. With less ice, came less to drink. My drink wasn't filled up... I guess I understand, but at the same time, it was a bit of a rip off especially if I'm paying $6.50 for it. The milk tea was not sweet although it was 100% sweet and the boba was inconsistently different sizes. With a second visit and the same lack of taste, I don't think I'll be back. I'm paying the same price as another boba shop that would give me more toppings and fill up my cup. I'd rather drive towards Eastvale for boba instead.

C'mon people! I truly dislike writing negative reviews but, unfortunately, this one could not be…read moreavoided. Went through the drive through for an after school treat with my #1 kid. At the window, I was feeling jolly (''tis the season and all!) so I told the barista to keep the change after paying. [As an aside, I dislike tipping BEFORE service but "oh well", I thought..."what could possibly go wrong?"] Everything went wrong after that. We ordered two drinks and two cake pops. Cake pops were handed out the window, no sweat. Then came the chocolate milk. I grabbed the cup and as soon as I got the drink into the car a good 20% of baptized me in the name of the Father, the Son, and Holy Mocha. The lid had been placed on top of the cup, but was in no way, shape, or form ATTACHED to the cup. I let loose with some colorful expletives and saw, out of the corner of my eye, the barista staring- mouth agape. I then secured the lid, making sure I heard the snapping sound indicating I had a good seal, put the cup in the cup holder, and looked over to the barista who, with the enthusiasm of someone getting a root canal, said he was 'so sorry about that' while shoving a handful of napkins in my direction. Thanks but I think I need a mop and bucket. "Can we get a clean up in aisle 7?" I'm sopping up the mess as best as I can and he then hands me my other drink. At this point, I'm really expecting him to hand me a refund. Maybe a card with the manager's number so they can pay for my dry-cleaning? How often are they allowing customers to get doused with the drinks they paid for that the barista's reaction was so nonplussed? Like, 'Yep, just another day here.' I like Starbucks a lot and this is the time of year where I splurge on expensive fancy coffee more because I just ADORE the caramel brûlée lattes.
