We ordered the Ube Coffee, Matcha Sea Salt Cloud, Lychee Jasmine Tea, Matcha Blended Cloud, and the Garlic Cream Cheese Croissant. I really enjoyed the Matcha Sea Salt Cloud because it had a richer, more flavorful matcha taste than a typical matcha latte. Even though I'm not usually a coffee drinker, the Ube Coffee was perfectly sweetened and easy to enjoy. The Lychee Jasmine Tea was light, crisp, and refreshing, especially on a warm day. The Garlic Cream Cheese Croissant was buttery, flaky, and had just the right amount of garlic flavor without being overpowering. It paired really well with the drinks. How could a gal resist Vietnamese coffee and a good atmosphere? I couldn't refuse. My friend and I got their Blended Coconut Matcha + Blended Coconut Coffee since it was a hot day. I fell in love with Coconut Coffee back in Vietnam when my family visited last year, and fell in love with it again here. Their Blended Coconut Coffee (Cà Phê Cốt Dừa) was the perfect intense, dark coffee flavor, with a slightly sweet, frothy and light coconut milk blend. It had the perfect velvety texture, just like how I imagined by the look of it, but somehow it was even better! Ooof, just writing this makes me want to immediately go back to order this again. They also have teas, and baked goodies to order as well. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and a clean bathroom. The staff members are really quick to bring out your drink, and friendly as well. My friend and I sat in the corner talking for more than an hour and saw a lot of people coming and going. The spot is small but they have a good amount of seating indoors. You can spot the kitchen due to their open concept. I watched them hand whisk their matcha which is always a good sign. The service was also good and the staff were friendly and really smiley. I thought their blended matcha cream brulee and their matcha sea salt cloud were pretty good. I ordered a einspanner latte and honestly it was very underwhelming. The barista asked me what kind of sweetener I wanted and I told her I wanted vanilla and my coffee just tasted like milk and coffee, which was very frustrating because I could've just made that at home for free. I'm 100% sure she didn't put vanilla in there. Maybe she forgot I don't know and if she did then the coffee wasn't good regardless. I was really expecting to have something different and tasteful, but was left pretty disappointed. The cream on top was also very bland. It had no flavor. It just tasted like heavy whipping cream with some sprinkle of cinnamon? To be honest, as I was walking away, the drink looked beautiful the way the colors were blending, but the taste was not it. The customer service was good I had no issues with that. Plenty of parking but other than that, I don't know if I will come back again. read more

Really wanted some corn matcha so went hunting for it in the I.E. & stumbled upon this cafe! The interior is kind of small it's more of a grab & go instead of sit & study/ yap. The service was fine, nothing memorable but no issues. The corn matcha was BUSSIN! It was lowkey super pricey for $8 something but the sweet corn cold foam was soooo good and pretty strong. Honestly was shocked at how good these drinks are. The foam is actually thick and amazing, better than some coffee shops in OC. My favorite was the Sesame coffee and the coco matcha!! Looking at some yelp comments, I saw some comments about how much ice is in the coffee, but it's Vietnamese coffee, Viet coffee is strong as heck and if not diluted with the ice will make you extremely caffeinated, almost every Viet coffee you get will guaranteed have a good amount of ice. First review of the year!! This cafe exceeded all expectations. I went close to closing and ordered the corn coffee ($6.50) and banana matcha cloud ($7.50). Both were 10/10 and I would definitely order again. The corn coffee was an excellent choice. Coffee strong and bold, with a prominent corn flavor and subtle sweetness. The banana cream tasted like a blend of fresh bananas and cream, none of that artificial banana syrup flavor, loved it! What really made it stand out was their quality of matcha. It cut through the banana flavor (often difficult to do). There were a few matcha clumps, but I didn't mind since the matcha flavor wasn't affected. Even though I went close to closing time, the overall quality was not compromised. The staff are kind and take the time to explain the menu. But what left a bad taste in my mouth is half their drink is ice.. I ordered a few with no ice to save for the next day and staff does tell you upfront that your drink will be short. But I didn't expect it to be half short. And for the price they're charging, it's extremely steep. I feel like the large has more ice than the regular but who knows. A cute small place located in a medical plaza. It has 5 chairs against the walls and few small tables inside and 2 outside tables. Friendly staff Clean and organized interior. Wide variety of menu selection with seasonal rotations. I got the matcha corn latte, recommended to drink straight from the cup so that you can taste matcha and corn foam simultaneously. It was good and no additional matcha scoop needed. The regular chocolate cookie was packed with chocolate chips and was so soft On the other hand, the Vietnamese coffee was disappointing. It was super bitter coffee beans! we had to add sugar syrup bc they didn't have any sugar packets but the more we added, the more watered down the coffee tasted but the bitterness remained. pls change up your coffee beans! read more

The barista was helpful in guiding us through some questions specific to a few drinks. Ultimately went with an einspenner which was really good. Would have liked to try some of their drip concoctions (sea salt coffee, egg coffee, etc) but appears those drinks aren't customizable which was a bit of a deterrence for us. I came on a rainy day and the peaceful sound of the weather paired with the espresso machine in the background made it such a calm, cozy experience. Why haven't I been here!? I've been missing out on some delicious matcha. Right when you walk in the door you get greeted by the girls at the counter. The place is on the smaller size but has a few stools on one side and a few chairs and tables on the opposite side. It's very bright and they have a cute back drop that says good vibes only. I ordered the strawberry Matcha and it's definitely a 10/10. There's a sign by the register saying no cash accepted. As I was sitting there having my drink a lady walks in and starts yelling saying she has cash and that they can't deny cash or she can sue them. The girls handled that situation very well and kept calm. This is my new favorite place. I will be back and trying different drinks. read more

Got three classic drinks (black sesame coffee, ube matcha, and regular black coffee) and I have to say they're really spot on and very strong if you like stronger coffee. They have a loyalty program so definitely input your number they don't check credit for this! One point for every dollar spent and once you hit $50, you will get some perks. What's not to love! The menu is pretty big and gives you lots of options but they have a few "best sellers" on there that look really good! The employees were pretty helpful when it came to questions we did have about the menu. Get the corn foam! So delicious. Now this is a chino coffee shop I can get behind. It was their 3rd day open and everything went smoothly. The sea salt coffee was great. One of the better ones I had. My husband had the matcha and his only complaint was that he ordered a small, not a large. The corn foam on the matcha was crazy good, we couldn't even explain it. This is the best matcha I've had in a really long time. I always go for the strawberry matcha, and it's amazing! The strawberry preserves they make tastes so good and fresh. It is a little pricier compared to similar drinks nearby, but totally worth it. The inside is pretty small, so I've never really stayed to hang out. I usually just grab it to go, which works out fine. Luckily it's in a really spacious plaza, so parking is easy and not something you have to think twice about. Highly recommend! read more
