Location is good. that's about it…read more Maintenance of the apartment building isn't important to them, in my opinion. it's not a gated parking garage as advertised.. in and out gates have been stuck open for months HVAC unit in apartment has mold and rust. The hvac unit filter once had a block of ice..they sent an outside hvac company and they sat at my kitchen table for 30 minutes and did nothing Apartment randomly flooded by the bedroom door one day. I'm not confident they spent enough time drying the rug of water. Water under rug = mold eventually Their Elevators make me nervous. Very slow, unsure they are inspected often. All floors in and around elevators are gross. Hallways are yucky. Go look at floors 2 and above... somewhat of a health code violation. % of residents are low-income residents. I think my unit has brand new carpet and the flooring is nice. Fresh paint to move in. Check the dryer hook ups - mine was out of plastic which is a solid fire hazard. I paid $400 to have it replaced and the dryer vent cleaned out because I was so worried about a fire hazard from the dryer.

The units need to be better maintained, they charge unnecessary additional fees for everything and require you to pay for valet trash and cable. It is not only limited (internet service is bad and trash doesn't come consistently) but extremely overpriced. We only renewed due to convenience while we have been house hunting. The office staff has changed significantly in the last 2 years - 8 out 10 times I have had to work with them they are extremely rude, unprofessional and do not provide a decent level of customer service for the amount they charge in rent. The grounds are not well maintained; the doors to the outside handles are broken or don't stuff, hallways and stairwells of our building are not well lit and they are constantly filthy with trash, pet feces, stained carpets, strong foul odors and smells. The elevator smells like urine and is constantly broken with no notifications as to when it's broken or will be fixed. As so often happens, it was for the best. This disgusting germ spreading pest removed any doubts about leaving if the other situations hadn't. I've always been told with respect to cockroaches/roaches, if you see one there are more that you aren't seeing. I was just comfortable with knowing what to expect here (and moving is a pain), but that's not a good enough reason to stay given how I've been treated, and I'm ignoring how I was treated my previous residency here. In any event, finally saw it last night crawling across my bathroom wall & smashed it with my broom. The Zevo I'd nearly emptied on it didn't work...at all. Unfortunately, I can't give this community more than 2 stars because of my experiences of late and an ongoing one where it was implied I was the cause of the trash vendor's behavior. I'd posted a review to Apartments.com using their job role not names, but it was rejected. So much for that site's impartiality.
