Every time I've ordered a Stromboli from this place, they manage to screw it up. I've stopped ordering from them because they just can't NOT put sauce in a stromboli. And I ordered online, so it's not like someone forgot to write something down. The service was consistently bad, and the last time I ordered from them, the cheese sticks I ordered arrived with no cheese in them, because they overcooked them and all the cheese ran out. This pizza is the perfect balance of crisp and chewy, one of the best I've experienced. Generous amount of toppings and cheese baked to golden perfection. Most of their business is take-out, or delivery, it's worth the drive for this pizza. I've been here a few times now. Even when it's busy there is always a friendly crew behind the counter. If you want to eat there, they have a few tables on the patio outside. BYOB. I got to try a slice of their gluten-free crust, and it's very satisfying. 2+ hours for delivery, even though they said it would take 80 minutes. When questioned about it, employee got an attitude. The food came cold. You could tell it was cooked and placed in a warmer. The "new mac & cheese bites" should be discontinued. They're awful. The pizza is nothing special, and the sauce is mehhhh. If you like your teeth, don't order any breadsticks. So let me set the mood. Me and 3 other coworkers were looking to shake it up for lunch. We were getting sick of recycling the same old same old (Chipotle, Noodles and co, Zoup, etc) DONT GET ME WRONG! Those places are great but we just needed to shake it up!!! So we found Arleos on, get this, TRIP ADVISOR! It was ranked very high in the Canonsburg Best food list and once we saw the menu, WE JUST HAD TO TRY IT! 2 co workers and I split a Large Hand-Tossed Buffalo Chicken pizza. It was TO DIE FOR! Let. Me. Tell. You.....they did NOT skimp out on the chicken. Prices were competitive so I cant complain. We walked in and were hoping for somewhere to sit, but the staff (Who were phenomenal! So Friendly!) made light of it by saying "Were not there yet!" LOL!!!! They did however have an outdoor patio which we look forward to trying once the weather warms up!!! read more

Some of the best traditional pizza anywhere, with a great fresh dough crust and balanced flavors with the sauce and toppings. The ownership does seem to care about product quality and customer satisfaction, and proactively offered to remake a pizza for me when they realized that their oven was under-temp, even though I did not complain. I declined the remake because the pizza was fine, but they were clearly concerned about my satisfaction. They have a small seating area on the side of the building, with multiple tables and umbrellas to shield from the sun (but it is otherwise uncovered, so would not be usable in inclement weather). Ordered again last night for the first time in over a year. My bad experiences in the past have been forgotten by a great experience. Ordered a pizza, chicken tenders, and chocolate chips. All excellent. Mushrooms on the pizza were some of the best we hsve had. Good sauce to cheese ratio with good crust. Service was quick for a Saturday night and delivered with a smile. Your only as good as your last experience so I am hoping Arleo's keeps up the good work. Kudos Arleo's for turning a bad experience into a great experience. read more

This place opened recently and I was impressed by the friendly workers. Before I ordered, I got told that my pizza had to be a small because they were out of large dough. Kinda weird! Next, I got told that the wait was about 45 minutes. I went back home and returned to pick up my product 45 minutes later. To my surprise, I got told that the pizza was not ready yet and I waited an additional 30 minutes. This happened agin about two weeks ago. I believe in giving people two chances, but a third time, no thanks! The pizza was a traditional sicilian, but the topping was very wet and leaked through the sides of the box and ended up sticking to the bottom. read more

My husband & I ordered pizza & wings for delivery from Arleo's about two weeks ago for the first time. After placing the online order, we had to call them two additional times to find out where our $46 order was since it was beyond the 45 minute delivery time they quoted. In the end, our food showed up an hour and a half later! Not only was the food extremely late but they delivered an uncooked buffalo chicken pizza. You couldn't even pick the pizza up because the dough was raw. We called to let them know what had happened & they apologized stating they took too many orders that they couldn't handle. Will offered to credit our account $40 but never made the notes so when we decided to have another pizza night the other night, we thought "let's give them another shot." Wrong! The owner argued with my husband about giving away free food even though Will confirmed he offered us the credit. What terrible customer service. You'll lose way more than the $40 credit when people read what terrible business practices you have. read more

I just ordered 2 pizza's from Arleo's. My husband and I wanted to try it because it is new. We were very disappointed. It took 40 minutes for 2 pizzas which we understood because it is new and most likely busy. There were only 2 people working. The person that answered the phone did not know his products and was not very friendly. We will not return to Arleo's because of the quality of the pizza and the prices. We were quoted wrong on the phone and $27.00 for a large pepperoni, and a large pepperoni and sausage is ridiculous when there are pizza shops all over the place. The crust is very dry and doughy. We also had to dab the grease off the pizza. How can they charge almost $12.00 for a whole tuna and cheese sub? Good Grief!! We were excited to have a pizza shop on our side of town but will go into town to get pizza. What a shame. Oh, and parking is a nightmare if 1st street is busy. read more

I live in Bulger but I work in Eighty Four, so I pass this place every single day twice a day. After almost a year of telling myself to stop in and "just order a dang pizza already!", I finally did. I regret having waited so long. I'm not really a review-leaving type of girl but this place is an exception. I've eaten many a pizzas in my day and this place has placed itself all the way up to the top(to be fair I was raised on commercial pizza joints but I know good quality food when I taste it). So back to the story. I finally stopped in and it was easy to tell they were up to their necks. Still, they were immediately receptive to me strolling in and politely told me it would be a minute. When it came time, I ordered a pretty simple pizza - a 12" 8-cut with a single topping, mild pepper rings(I'm a sucker for these bad boys). I was told the wait would be about 30 minutes. Average wait time for a pizza, no biggie. I went out to my car and chilled for a bit. I set my timer for 15 minutes, figuring it wouldn't be bad to wait the rest of the 15 inside the pizza shop. 15 minutes rolled by and I putzed around for another 2 or 3 minutes before going in to the shop. So I went in, and right as I'm passing the threshold, one of the pizza guys(I'm sorry I didn't catch the guys name, he was busy working y'know) is setting my pizza down on the counter. Perfect timing and much earlier than expected. I paid and was on my way. So I'm driving home and this pizza smells incredible. I manage to drive the rest of the 30 minutes home without sneaking a piece, and even after the wait, this pizza is still straight up fresh. Hot, cheese still gooey, the whole deal. The best parts of this pizza were the crust and the sauce. I don't even know how I'd describe either but "omg" could do it justice. The crust was nice and soft inside but super crisp to bite into. The sauce tasted fresh, and it had that "homemade" taste. I hate saying that because its very cliche, but you know what I'm talking about.
