Very professional and good staff, everything done as expected and quickly. I highly recommend this place.

Service was really bad, owner was super rude, the atmosphere was very hostile, and I didn't like the way my hair came out.

I have to start off by saying I absolutely LOVE my hair treatment and how it came out. The stylist was a professional and went over all the questions I had about doing a Botox treatment. I wasn't there longer then I had to be and everyone in here is highly talented! BUT from all the smoke and chemical smell in the air, I just can't! First off my friend is a loyal customer here and her hair is fantastic. She let me know about a $75 special they had going on for a Saturday that even came along with a big bottle of shampoo and conditioner. It was a steal of a deal so she booked our appointments and we arrived on Saturday on time. Now lets talk about the cute strip its in. Nice offices but with hardly any parking available for the amount of clientele coming in just for the salon alone. I drove around and around until I just parked at a broken meter. Patience is a virtue! I'll have to remind myself that if ever a next time but be prepared to look for parking. Now once inside everything is in order but there's such a commotion inside but believe it or not it's all well organized. There's a section to the side just for the nails and then the middle and left side is all for hair. There's also a coloring bar with stools placed so you can actually watch the hairdressers mix away. Now since my friend had her appointment first I got to look around and watch everyone getting their hair done and for real this salon is no joke. Everyone walked out looking fabulous! Now over time I noticed the salon getting smokier and smokier and just a pungent chemical smell (the special they had was the Keratin and Botox treatment) and more and more hair dressers and clients were all wearing face masks. This let me know this is common for this salon and with no proper ventilation they had to open some doors. My eyes watered and my nose hairs felt burnt, it was that strong. But as my mom always says, "You must suffer in order to be beautiful". I know damn well if my mom would've seen me in that place she would've told me to leave, smell was just to strong. I feel bad about saying this but I have to be truthful. My hair did come out fabulous and for the price I was ecstatic but to go through all that I feel like is to much. My friend did say it's not like that all the time so I suggest better to come on a weekday. I have to mention if there is ever another special like this for anyone who is pregnant to stay away. There's just to may dangerous fumes to breathe in. Was a little upset as I saw a pregnant woman in there with 2 masks and a towel covering her nose and mouth getting a Keratin treatment when she knew she had no business being there..but to each his own. Anyhow, the stylists here are amaze balls and I would recommend to test the waters here BUT try to come when there's no special so you can breathe or better yet come on a weekday! read more

This is a very affordable place. The only reason I am giving it four stars is because I showed up with a photo of how I wanted my hair and the stylist did not cut my hair how I wanted nor did she blow dry it the style I wanted BUT the price was so affordable and she did do a great job even though I didn't leave 100% satisfied. If I ever need a quick affordable blow out I will do it again here. read more

I had a coupon for color, cut, blower, manicure & pedicure $65.00. Since I had new gel on my hands I told them to save themselves the trouble. When I went to pay THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $5 because I did not do the package as offered. I tried to make sence of it because I DID NOT CHANGED IT FOR ANOTHER SERVICE. I did less SO THEY CHARGED ME MORE. Front desk clerk was sooo rude. On top of that they charge an additional $1 if you want to pay with A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. Service overall was not that bad but when you walk in there is a thick fog as a result of the smoke coming out of the hairs that are treated with botox and other chemicals. I'm extremely disappointed with the owner (Arley) I had an appointment booked with him, but he ended up leaving and another hairdresser did my hair. I had to say all started when I explained him that I have never had a botox done and asked him to explain a bit more about the process. I said VERY specifically that I did not want straight hair and I asked him to cut my hair in layers ONLY if it was going to have shape with the blow dry. I honestly thought hair botox was like a mask and I was clear about it. He confirmed that botox was only going to banish the frizz and give it a shiny look. Once he left, the hairstylist told me that it was impossible to give shape to my hair and it was going to be straight unfortunately. She was nice and tried her best to make me feel better about it...Well, here I'm with this insanely straight hair and these awful chopped unnecesary layers. read more

If i could honestly give them 0 stars I would most definitely give them 0 stars. I asked for a natural balayage , keep in mind I have dark brown hair and I just wanted that beachy balayage look and I left the salon with the complete opposite of what I had asked. They dyed my whole hair and changed the color to a light copper red brown and it wasn't even done right. There were parts where you could see she got lazy and didn't do good at all & there were spots where she didn't saturate the bleach enough. Not only did I come out with a horrible hair result, their attitude was the worst. I asked if my bangs could be dyed a bit darker because they were horrid and they gave me attitude. Yesterday was my first time here and I'm glad! Good manicure service (Liliana), neat clean salon, and very reasonable prices (regular manicure $10). The best of all is that they open at 7 am, so make an appointment and you can get your hair and nails done before going to work. The place looks really nice but the service and attention to customers is terrible. I personally have had a horrible experience. Every single time I have attempted to see myself with Laura... there is a huge delay. Earlier this week, I scheduled an appointment to cut and blow-dry my hair. I arrived at 11:00 AM and at approximately 11:12 AM, Laura asked what I was there to do. Once again, I state that I needed a haircut and blower. At approximately 11:38, after waiting I asked the receptionist Maylai [who has an attitude] how much longer I would have to wait and I was told about another 40 minutes as Laura was delayed. Problem is, Laura is always delayed and never apologizes for any inconvenience she may cause the customer. Sad thing is, they are constantly handing out flyers, trying to attract new customers. Their 25 dollar special for a cut and blower seems like quite a catch! Problem is you spend an exaggerated amount of time waiting for someone to see you and at the end of the day they are so busy rushing through clients that they do not pay attention to detail. I can honestly state that this place seems like more of a factory than a beauty salon. Highly disappointed. read more

Arleys salon is Hispanic woman's getaway. Upon walking in you see various women in different stages of hair treatment, women getting nails done, and women getting their hair cut. The place is always packed, even with appointment you will probably have to wait and be patient as the people there do their best to get everything right for everyone. I live down the street and never knew about this place. Someone recommended it. I went in without an appointment to this VERY VERY busy salon and everyone made it a point to squeeze me in. I had my nails, toes and hair done. I came in with blonde hair and left with my beautiful red locks. Let's start by saying if you are expecting a comfortable chair and an asian woman doing your feet and nails this is not the place. It's mostly hispanic run and the owner himself does hair along with his employees. They did my feet at the table where they do your nails and the hair person walked up with her cart and dyed my hair while I was doing my nails. I really have no complaints. They aren't that expensive, I was charged for my hair, nails and feet $110, for my hair she dyed it, cut it and layer and blow dried it. As for my nails I had acrylics done and a pedicure. I've been to other salons and they charge 100 just for the hair, especially for long hair like mine. Would I go back, yes, was it worth it, yes. read more
