His unprofessional behavior continued even after our departure, displaying a complete lack of respect and understanding. Thankfully, we found solace in Coggin Toyota in Jacksonville, where we were met with genuine care and professionalism by Vito, one of their salespersons. He took the time to understand our situation and helped us make an informed decision, ultimately leading to a successful purchase of a brand-new Corolla. In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting Arlington Toyota and engaging with Jorge Blanco. His disrespectful demeanor, unprofessionalism, and harassment make it clear that he is unfit for the business. STAY AWAY from this dealership. I WISH I had gotten on Yelp BEFORE I went to Arlington Toyota. The positive reviews must be from professional reviewers (people who do that for a living) or friends of the family that owns the dealership. I would say that there is a likely possibility that they have flooded the first page with positive reviews so that you don't take the time to keep reading. I AM LEAVING OUT THE NAME OF THE SALESMAN BECAUSE HE PROBABLY REALLY NEEDS A JOB. IT'S HARD TO IMAGINE CHOOSING TO LIE AND CHEAT ALL DAY FOR A LIVING SO I ASSUME HE'S TRULY DESPERATE FOR WORK. I ALSO ASSUME IT IS THE ARLINGTON TOYOTA CULTURE NOT JUST THE MAN. I called the dealership about a used Toyota Prius 2 that is currently advertised on AutoTrader; I was transferred to USED CAR SALES and I spoke to a salesman named XXXXXX . I made a cash offer for the specific car that was advertised. It was a low ball offer but was within $500 of a price I was quoted at another Toyota dealership for a similar car. I confirmed the CAR and the OFFER---THREE TIMES with XXXXXX, each time asking him "are you sure you can sell it at this price"......He said yes three times. We drove to the dealership in heavy afternoon traffic (we do not live anywhere near the Arlington area) ready to pay CASH for THE car. We were greeted with smiles and XXXXXX took us to an available desk and filled out his paperwork (basic info: my name, phone, etc). He confirmed with me that I was paying cash and the amount of the offer. I laughingly said, I would like to see and drive it before paying for it.....XXXXXX (the used car salesman) got up (I assumed to get the keys) and came back in abt 10 minutes and said something like this......I'm sorry but the price listed on AutoTrader is our bottom price, is there another car or anything else I can interest you in? I'm sure my mouth fell open........(WHHHHAAAAATTTT!!!) I mean, I really could not believe I fell for the BAIT and SWITCH routine, but I did. I got up and left immediately.....with him saying, are you sure I can't show you something else? I have to believe after reading all the terrible reviews that management as well as the owners are complicit in the obnoxious, abhorrent and sleazy sales tactics employed by their used car salespeople.......In fact, it seems to be encouraged based on other reviews I have read. read more

These five stars given is for my Salesman Mr. Irvin Ricks. Mr. Ricks saw my husband and I get out of our car to assist us in whatever we were interested in. He showed us a 2014 Highlander and offered to let me test drive it. I wasn't ready to purchase another car at the moment until I drove that car. Well I loved the car and the color and my husband requested a loan from navy federal to get that car. we got the loan back the next day and contact Mr. Ricks to let him know that I will be there after work to get my car. Mr. Ricks sadly called my husband back to tell him the car was sold. I was very unhappy. Mr. Ricks asked the manager to seek around town to locate that car from other dealerships for me. I got to the dealership at 3:00 pm and no body but Mr. Ricks gave a dame about how I was feeling or how upset I was until I made a comment about taking my money somewhere else not wanting to leave Mr. Ricks due to the hard work he was doing for me. I really wanted him to have our business. I tell you people some salesman only look at their costomers as money bags. and some go far and beyond to help their customers to make sure they are happy and satisfied. Mr. Ricks is one of those salesman. Well back to the managers it took them unitl 5:00 pm to have someone look at other dealerships to locate the car i wanted. I was so pissed off. I really believe I should have gotten a better deal for the stress they put me through and i realize i am not special but my God you are here to make money. You would think the manager of this dealership would be asking Mr. Ricks (what can we do to make this young lady happy) no they did not. Mr. Ricks did. After a 3 hr of trying to locate the car I wanted the manager stated it will take up to 5 to 7 days for it to arrive at their dealership and wanted me to leave my trade in and drive a loaner car. So I did. To show how well my Salesman worked everything out for me to be happy he drove whereever my car was and brought it back to Jacksonville the next day. I got my car and thank God for putting Mr. Ricks in my eye sight. As we all know God put someone in your way for a reason. Mr. Ricks I thank you very much for being the best Salesperson there is. I took my son in on New Year's Eve hoping to get a great deal on a car...I had called ahead to make sure the car I was interested in was there. It was, and we took it for a test drive. It had a great price and my son fell in love with it...but we found out why: it had been in a prior accident...which wasn't stated on the ad. It was a great price, and as his first car I wanted him to be happy, so we decided to go for it. DO NOT GO THERE WITHOUT YOUR OWN FINANCING! We went for their financing as they claimed they were a "Vystar loan office" and were "essentially like going into Vystar" as I am a Vystar customer. My credit score is very good, and I have all my loans with Vystar, so I assumed that when they said they were going to run my credit once that that was that...they said I was approved, we signed all the paperwork and we were good. Customer service was OK. The car wasn't even clean, and we waited an HOUR after purchase to get it cleaned, only to get it mildy wiped down (there were spills in the cup holders and leaves on the carpet still...I'm not sure what they were doing for that hour...) But my son was happy...which was important. I thought it was done, but... OH, NO! THEY RAN MY CREDIT 6 TIMES! Ends up they didn't fill out the loan application completely and my credit app to Vystar was DENIED! Arlington didn't call me to talk to Vystar (which would have revealed the problem!) Instead, they simply kept running my credit through other lenders! So, imagine my surprise when I get 3 rejection letters and a letter of loan from a company I'd never heard of! In addition, the loan amount was $65.80 higher than what I had signed for (I still don't know what that's about!)! All of these loan pull tanked my credit score by 30 points! Just when I was looking to get a small business loan! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER WALKED INTO A DEALER LIKE THIS...NEVER AGAIN WILL I WALK INTO A DEALER WITH A PRE-APPROVAL!!! My 2013 Toyota Prius was declared a total loss after tools in the back of a pickup rained down on my vehicle. I have an anxiety disorder so naturally this was one of the worst things I've ever experienced. To ease my pain, the insurance company offered me 11k for my vehicle, and assured me that I'd be able to buy another car the day of regardless of the fact that I had not received the check yet. To make sure things went smoothly, they sent Arlington Toyota proof of total loss with the settlement amount and promised to pay. Arlington Toyota accepted the promise to pay, allowed me to drive away with a 14k 2015 Prius (as pictured), and then harassed me EVERY SINGLE DAY for the check, or the car back though I paid the 3k difference cash. With at least 7 calls a day and multiple texts, I had to see my psychiatrist and get back on my anxiety medication. It only took a week for the check to arrive and they issued a repo for the vehicle while I was in the bank cashing it! I paid them off, said I never ever wanted to hear from them ever again in my life, and now they're STILL HARASSING ME!! The sales rep texted me 2 days in a row saying he won't get paid if I don't complete a survey!! Nice guy, did a great job helping me find my vehicle, however if customer service was his main priority, his superiors giving him a hard time or him possibly not getting paid should not have been my problem whatsoever. Knowing I did everything on my part, and that we were waiting for the Geico check should've been enough, like what was I supposed to do? Whip Geico and/or the mail carriers to do their jobs faster? It seems like that's what management was doing to JP, and that's DISGUSTING! My wife was leading a Toyota Highlander and the lease was expiring this month. We really enjoyed our Highlander and it was actually our second Highlander lease in a row. We planned to go back to Arlington Toyota to return our lease and go shop around at other dealers for something different. Dave Culina with Toyota called us that week and was letting us know about a 2016 Highlander we could lease and walked me through the pricing and deal. We worked via text (my preferred method) and all but finished the deal before I even set foot in the store. We went that Saturday and met Dave, who was finishing a deal with another customer. He introduced us to Ricky Patel and he agreed to take us out and show us a few of the Highlanders they had on the lot. We saw the one Dave originally texted me about but quickly fell in love with a different (more expensive) model. We were too far apart on the price I was willing to pay so we had planned to go to other dealerships to see what was out there. Ricky encouraged me to talk to his sales manager, which I did, and I told them what I was willing to pay, I had the deal I wanted within 30 minutes. No haggling, no back and forth. I was truly impressed. Dave was able to meet back up with us and he and Ricky were quite the impressive team. They catered to all my wife's needs and made sure we had everything we needed. They followed up with us numerous times since we left the dealership to ensure we were still ok and if we had any questions. While I was interested and excited to car shop and see what was out there, Dave and Ricky made it too easy for us and made it too hard to leave. We drove away in the car we wanted, with the payment we wanted, and within a reasonable amount of time. I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Arlington Toyota. My husband and I bought a Sierra GMC 2 years ago from another dealership in town and when we went to trade up or refinance, they would not allow us to do it. Apparently a man by the name of Charles Davis who works at AT saw that we were in the market and starting calling us. He must have called 5 times within 2 months so we decided to head on down and give them a try. Thank God we did. We were greeted by Mr Davis, who turned us over to Mike Grieff, the best salesperson in the business in my opinion. We told him exactly what we wanted and he immediately went to work ensuring that we were 100% satisfied. We ran that poor man all over the place and had him going back and forth to his finance manager. He never once got aggravated. In fact, the dealership gave us dinner, hats bags and I was even offered a coat by one of the employees. There was absolutely NO pressure in this sale and Mike was just as honorable and enjoyable to be around. I loved this buying experience and I would definitely recommend anyone who is in the market for a new or used car to try them first. I received an email from the "other dealership" telling me that the sales director gave them extra incentive and was allowing deals that normally would not be allowed. We just bought a 2013 Toyota Highlander, and we had the best experience we have ever had buying car. We have bought 2 other new vehicals before from other dealerships, and always had a bad experience. We really thought that was what just happened.At other dealerships we had the " Bait and Switch with the finanice and always had to come back in and sign a new contract, after they had already sold our trade in." We were expection the worse and got the best experience ever. Sara our sales lady was wonderful, she went out of her way to make sure we got everything that we wanted and got the price that we asked for. Sara was a no pressure sales person and was never pushy, she listened to everything that we said. Matt Lee was our Finanice Manager that got us great finanicing and Mike Deustch ( sorry about the spelling Mike), made the contract signing so smooth. Ben Kennedy and Sara went out of their way to make sure that our 13 and 11 year old children were stocked with water and treats while we were signing the contract. As of 11/11/12 THERE HAS BEEN NO BAIT AND SWITCH ON THE CONTRACT!!!!!!! We could have bought a new car from any of the many dealerships in Jacksonville, we so thankful and greatful that we bought our Highlander from a Family Owned Dealership, and that they made our buying experience so wonderful. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD I want to let everyone knows of my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the handling of the contract by Toyota Arlington financial team, particularly the actions of the financial manager, VICTOR DAS. When I initially signed the contract, I CLEARLY requested--multiple times and under the recording camera--that no additional warranties be added. I made it clear that I did not want any extra costs or services, and the financial manager assured me that this would be honored. However, despite these discussions, additional warranties were still included in the contract. Moreover, he had added a higher APR. Upon realizing the discrepancy, I approached their team to address the issue, but I was met with discriminatory and unprofessional treatment. My concerns were dismissed, and I felt ignored, which only added to my frustration. After considerable effort, I was finally able to have the additional warranties removed as it had been added under recording camera as an obvious fraud and also correct APR. However, despite this, the total financing amount and monthly payments remained unchanged, which I believe is both unfair and unacceptable. This situation has caused me significant distress, and I feel that my rights as a consumer have been violated. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. YOU JUST NEED TO BE CAREFUL TO PREVENT THEM TO DEFRAUD. read more

The evolution of car salesmanship (For the Better!) has arrived at Arlington Toyota in the form of Gil Mariano, the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Not sure if I wanted a Highlander, 4-Runner or RAV-4, he came in on his day off and with endless, enthusiastic and cheerful patience showed me several models of each. The search took a few hours and when I chose the RAV-4 XLE as what I need and want for now he did not try to upsell me to the more expensive models. Gil is utterly professional, knowledgeable, ethical and respectful, (and did I say patient?) He honestly wanted me to buy what I myself wanted, not pushing for the higher commission for himself. My BS meter did not beep once! And that makes him the A+ choice for all us Lady buyers! We breezed through the sale paperwork, he thoroughly answered all my questions. He made the sales experience a very pleasant one, unlike all my past buying ordeals! And his post-sale availability for any and all needs was something I was never offered before. My family has been purchasing new vehicles from Arlington Toyota for many years; five vehicles to be exact. My parents were blessed to meet Saif Albanna upon their first visit with Arlington. They are so impressed with him that they won't deal with anyone else. I was looking for a used vehicle, so my mom referred me to Saif. Arlington Toyota has an amazing inventory of new vehicles, but also has an expansive inventory of used vehicles as well. I was a bit nervous going to the dealership without my husband, as he was unavailable to come at the time; but Saif made me feel comfortable and at ease with my experience in looking for a vehicle. He is very easy going and great at what he does. He is not forceful, nor does he make you feel pressured when looking for the right vehicle and price. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know because he is an awesome salesman. I also wanted to remark on how great my finance manager Ali Amirov was to work with at Arlington. Recently upgraded to a new 2014 Prius and had an all-around fantastic experience at Arlington Toyota. Jerome and Juan from the Sales team worked exceptionally hard to accommodate me and I couldn't be any more satisfied with their customer service. Both Jerome and Juan are truly stand-up, genuinely good people and I am really happy to have given them the business. Not once did I feel uncomfortable, nor did I feel that they were being pushy or feeding me lines -- this I found to be really refreshing. Matt in Finance was also exceptional; he was very patient with me and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns. I also had the opportunity to work with their Service department and want to add that Ed has been wonderful. I spoke to Ed a few times over the phone and he was very friendly and helpful each time; when we determined that I could not find exactly what I wanted in window tint, he referred me to multiple reputable professionals in town and gave me some helpful advice. These guys may not have as fancy a shop as some of the other dealerships in town, but I would highly recommend that you stop in... Not looking to buy today, we left with a 2016 Tundra! Although our sales person Gil W. has only been on the job 2 months, he knew how to handle us, was not pushy, drove with us to our home to make sure the truck fit in the garage, gave us a good price with a few extras. We were always Ford people until we purchased our hybrid highlander in 2010. Arlington Toyota has been the best in servicing the vehicle, have never had a problem, always go above and beyond to make the customer happy. That is why we stopped in again today to just look, I knew we would be leaving with something for my husband just because it is the best experience ever. Where else can you drop you car off on Sunday, get a free rental for work on Monday, and pick your car up after work? Who else has a BBQ outside on Saturdays when you bring your car in for service? By the time you socialize and eat, your car is ready! I love it! And even if you decide to have work done on the weekdays, there is a hotdog vendor there to provide food for you and loads of iced down cold water or sot drinks. I had a lease car , I just came over there to turn in my car and I already gave to them my 2 keys . that's my first lease a car I didn't know I have to sign everything I gave them . Now The lease financial sent me a bill I'm missing a key I have to pay $375. I came over there to tell them and try to let them remember and asked them go back to the camera that day . I already gave them 2 keys but they Said nothing they can do for me . They try to talk to push me out there . it's rude to interrupt, the salesman doesn't let me say anything . Saw a used truck on the Arlington Toyota website and decided to go check it out and see if it was still available. I was driving a 2006 Toyota Tacoma (which I loved dearly and wasn't sure if I was ready to get rid of it because it was still in good shape) and figured I would not be offered much for a trade-in, so I was not intending to make a purchase; I just wanted to shop. I was met on the lot by salesperson A.J. Shurelds. A.J. gladly showed me the truck I was interested in, plus several others. He never pressured me, never insulted me (you get that a lot when you're a woman car shopping), and was very easy-going and kind. Arlington ended up giving me a very good offer for my old truck, and I ended up buying an awesome 2022 Toyota Tacoma that I absolutely LOVE. Cannot recommend A.J. enough, along with the gentleman who handled all my paper-signing - think his name was Jason. Both were friendly, helpful, and stayed after closing hours to help me finish the deal. If you want a good experience, ask for these two gentlemen at Arlington Toyota. read more
