I'm positive my wallet was misplaced/ maybe stolen. There was a wallet left in my car when returned. The car and everything was great and the service was ok. Called in about the wallet and was told they would reach out to me. Never got a call back. I called again and they said they would look into it. Got no response again. I went in person and then they couldn't find it in lost and found and the car was already rented out to someone else. read more

Horrible experience. I borrowed a car from here after a recent accident because I needed it for the weekend. They told me I was unable to return the car on Memorial Day because they would be closed but didn't mention that they would still be charging me for that day. As a consumer I feel it's wrong for a business to charge you money for factors outside of your control, such as the business choosing to be closed on a holiday. I will not be doing business with Enterprise again and I advise others to stay away. They are shady and trying to take your money. read more

After a recent car accident I came to Enterprise to pick up some wheels while I looks looked for my new car to buy. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was friendly and engaging. They worked with my insurance company to secure payment and placed me in the right car. I ended up picking a 2020 Eclipse Cross Midsize SUV. It was the perfect size for my current situation, as an even planner I make a lot of deliveries and need the extra trunk space. Shout out to the new Assistant Branch Manager Tony who make sure I was taken care every step of the way. After my two weeks were up Enterprise was able to secure the same daily rate my insurance company offered. This was a huge financial relief due to the large some I was about to spend on a new vehicle. Next time you need to rent a car for personal or professional purposes give enterprise a try. They offer a courtesy shuttle to and from area dealerships with in a certain mile radius. Pros: Make sure to fill up your tank to full before you return rental to avoid extra fees. Cons: Depending on the size of the location they may not offer a huge a variety of vehicles. Make sure check before you make your reservations. If they don't have the vehicle you are looking for make sure to ask if a near buy Enterprise location has it. Tip: They offer extra rental insurance as an additional fee you do not need it as long as your Auto Insurance is current. It will cover you for the length of your rental. read more

Customer service excellent I absolutely loved Tyler and Isaac and also one other worker I just can't remember his name. They made my two months of renting with them a great experience. The only thing I did not like was, I don't know who details the cars but they weren't detailed how it should have been. I had a terrific experience today at the enterprise location. My car needed some minor body repair and my insurance contracts with enterprise for rentals. I was picked up by the shuttle. The driver was very friendly and polite. When I walked into the office the two agents at the counter where working with customers. The manager saw that I and another customer had arrived by shuttle and she quickly grabbed her hand held device and started checking me in and called someone else over to assist the other customer. I had a great car in minutes and was on my way. The manager was a delight. The whole place looks great and seems to run like a charm, very professional and respectful. read more

I reserved a car and when I got on site to pick it up I was told that they had my reservation but they didn't have anything available. I missed a funeral service because of this. I will never rent from you again and I will make sure to tell everyone else to avoid renting from this place !!!!! read more

Honest. Great service. Free pick-ups and drop-offs. Reasonable prices. They picked me up from my mechanic and gave me a ride back to pick up my car when I returned the rental car. The staff is very friendly. The car was clean, and I had no problem whatsoever. They were very clear on how much I will be responsible for, and did not try to add some bogus charges to my rental fee. Overall, it's a honest car rental with excellent service and reasonable prices. No complaint! read more

Zero stars in my opinion because they tried finesse theirselves some extra cash by claiming we smoked in their rental (MIND YOU NEITHER ME OR ANYONE IN THE RENTAL SMOKES) they charged and extra $800 dollars JUST BECAUSE the care smelled like Ozium brand car freshener. Maybe we wouldn't have had to spray the car if it didn't smell like dog when we got it, mind you there was also trash, dirty face masks, and dirty gloves in the car. The manager didn't even care to explain I'm sure he just looked at us and assumed we must smoke/have smoked. They definitely lost our business and I will continue to tell people about how they profile people and just dealing with them is not worth it. read more

Awful experience, first they rented me a broken engine cover that made noises which gave me extra anxiety while driving, then I tried to exchange it 3 times but the un were unable to help so I brought d car & showed them d broken engine cover that has been tied down prior so they eventually exchange it with another vehicle. Then the other vehicle works well even though it's sort of bulky for me at first but got a little comfortable as I drive it but then we started having issues with communications, in d end I end up paying banks overcharges & threatening messages for there own communication problem of unable to answer the phone when called so many times & put the blame on me. Not mentioning they are being paid already by car insurance for rental due to voluntary charges . Vehicle was dirty, smelled of smoke, and didn't have fuel. The employees seem to be surprised that I wanted it to be full, then went on to explain how they don't have a pin for the on-premise fuel station. There was only one employee with a pin who seemed to be frustrated with the others that they had not yet gone through the process of getting one. Ten minutes after she filled the vehicle, I told her thanks and she made it seem like she did me a big favor. We had another vehicle we rented at the same time and it too was empty. Lastly I hate when they cable together two large key FOBs to prevent them from being misplaced. Perhaps it's a lack of competition but this place doesn't seem to get customer service. read more

They have a 1-star rating instead of a 0 because of the friendly agent in the Daytona, FL airport, otherwise, I would give them a negative5. I hate that Geico partners with Enterprise, the cars I've gotten since I wrecked my car 6/3 have been trash except for the one from Daytona. Initially, I received the first car from the Atlantic Blvd. location in Jax, a Kia sprint or sting. It apparently had an aftermarket tint, on the back window and the tint was defective because it was extremely difficult to see out of that window. By the time I got to Daytona from Jax, I was on my way to Orlando, basically an hour's drive, I had to switch the car. The agent there took care of me with no problem putting me in an SUV, which was too big, but it was the only thing he had available. I continued on to Orlando. When I completed my trip and was back in Jax, I switched the SUV to a car.. something I could easily handle. Because I had just gotten into a wreck on 6/3, I still had driving anxiety.. and was a complete mess; when I got to Enterprise, they put me in a Hyundai Elantra. I took it because they didn't have anything else, but I didn't notice how filthy and smelly the car was until I came out of my anxiety phase. I have been trying to get a better car since.. every location in Jax swears no vehicles are available, but I can clearly go to the website and rent a car. How can a car in such bad shape still be a part of the enterprise fleet? There was a time when Enterprise was the upper echelon of car rental agencies... now they are the worse. Well, the agent at the Main street location stated since COVID, they no longer switch out the fleet at 30k miles; they are keeping the cars longer hence the terrible selection. I'm not concerned that this car has roughly 63k miles, but it reeks of dog and has fur and hair all over; the seats are so stained that I sit on a towel when I have to drive it, fearing my clothes will be soiled and the alignment is clearly off because the car pull to the right. I'm not just being picky because I'm not in my car, I'm giving an honest account of what I'm dealing with. ENTERPRISE SUCKS!! unfortunately for me, I will have to endure until my car is ready to be fixed at least another 2weeks. read more

Called Hertz at Jax Beach today, spoke to Earl who tried to sell me a compact for over $55 per day for the weekend, I stated I had a reservation with Enterprise which was cheaper and he didn't even try to get me to switch, he was non chalant so I kept my reservation with Enterprise. Spoke with Tina, Lindsey, Colleen and Diego at 11034 Atlantic, all with great customer service skills who apprecieted my business. I won't return to Hertz, I though the goal was customer satisfaction however, Hertz doesn't know what that is, thanks Enterprise for making me feel valued! read more

This Enterprise location provides THE very best rental car service I have ever encountered! Don't bother going elsewhere if you need a car in JAX. Prices were reasonable too. I watched how they treated all of their customers as though they were the only customer. Their high level of service was a shining bright spot at a stressful time. My car needed work so I needed a rental. Enterprise had David promptly pick me up at the shop. Rain and Kevin helped me get a clean car with low miles in a jiffy and with a smile. It was supposed to be a two day rental but my car wasn't ready so they extended my rental with just a phone call--twice. Then, Eric brought me back to the shop and I noticed my car wasn't anywhere in sight. Eric patiently waited while it was confirmed that the car still wasn't ready, and then brought me back to Enterprise so the rental could be extended once again. He even gave me the same car since I had found it comfy and had learned where the controls were already. If only the shop had been one-half as reliable and professional as the Enterprise team! read more

Horrible experience. Had to wait 2 hours for a car I reserved several days in advance. They were also 50 minutes late picking me up, forcing me to reschedule a business appointment. Five people were waiting for cars when I arrived, so they obviously way overbooked... Car was filthy and out of gas when it finally arrived. Smelled of body odor as well. Never again! read more

I arrived at enterprise location 11034 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville , FL 32225 for a reserved rental greeted by Kaitie Gibbs(KG). She helped me through the renting process being very professional throughout the entire interaction. Due to the credit card key pads being new, there was an issue which charged my card four times giving a declined error message. She turned to Assistant Branch Manager; Jessica Bramhill(JB) to aid the issue of the overcharging. Watching KG tell JB about the situation, JB with a UNSCRUPULOUS tone uttered "There's nothing I can do!. He'll have to come back in a couple days after the charges are removed!". Her attitude was unpleasantly rude. KG being determined, helped me resolve said charges via my bank while communicating with enterprise accounting team. KG tenaciously resolved the issue to get me on the road, though hours later but helped me none the less. KG displayed leadership and empathy and needs to recognized. JB needs more training.
