I made the mistake of using the shop my car insurance promised would be smooth and guaranteed for as long as I own the car. I learned that is simply not true. Cheap parts were used, the paint and glass look nothing like the opposite side (it should be symmetrical) and I had to send it back once to get the scratches (caused by a break-in) removed from the adjacent panel. The door was repainted, but the scuffing from violently forced entry into my vehicle extended beyond the single door to the rear quarter panel. When my car was "finished" the steering wheel had a melted-on finger-shaped mark. Likely from a glove that contained a solvent? I'll never know. Workers insisted the mark was already there. It wasn't and I wouldn't send someone I dislike here, let alone trust them with my car again. read more

This place is very clean, professional, honest and all about the service. I've had my car fixed here several times (keeps getting hit while parked) and they've been nothing but great. Armando = Amazing. Went there for a State Farm Insurance Claim. Rose called Hertz for me to confirm my pickup for the rental. They kept me in the loop about the repairs. Worst auto body shop ever! Bad attitude. Treated my mom and me like pure garbage, less than human. Because of insurance contracts I think this place believes they are way better than they really are. The attitude is like we are the best, we have been around for so long sonare great and don't question it. Do not fall for that. I had my car serviced here about a month ago. Though it took a little longer than expected, I'm very happy and pleased with the work that was done. They also arranged for my rental pickup and drop off. The only thing I would suggest is better communication as far as keeping customers updated (especially if work will take longer than expected) but I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Armando's repaired my 1 month old car after an accident and I got it back looking like I just drove it off the lot. Repairs took about a month (not their fault - brand new car apparently means no one has the parts so they were waiting on them for a while!) but the car is back to being brand new again. My rental term with my own insurance expired during the repairs and Armando's even rented a car for me that they paid for while they finished up the work. I got into a car accident a week ago and luckily the other driver admitted fault so his insurance covered the repair work done to my car and my rental. I was recommended by Geico of this place. I made an app't the next day and was my car's damage was quickly assessed by Derrick, the adjuster there. In minutes I was introduced to Ernie, the manager of the place, who knew immediately with his years of experience that the car was still salvageable. I was picked up Enterprise and they drove me to my car rental. It took a week for the work to be done and I was sent text messages during that time as to the progress. Exactly one week later I dropped off my car rental there and drove away in my car that looked like it came right out of the factory. Cleaned from the inside and out. They even sealed up open scratches to the car exterior. The car paint job is flawless and they also explained what they did under the hood which was pretty much replacing the AC, radiator, and the works. These guys are freaking artists. read more
