I was in a pinch on a late Saturday afternoon & Gold Coast Motorsport's body shop manager Nico helped me out. Drove 40 mins to get an aftermarket kit installed on my car because of the good reviews and let me tell you it's was definitely worth it! From the get go, Nico was very helpful over the phone when I sent him photos of the kit to be installed and gave me a very competitive quote (another reason what I drove out of my way for them). I dropped my car at 10 am and picked it up at 6:30, 30 mins after their working hours, they promised to give me the car back the same day and they delivered even if it meant staying in the shop working after hours! During those 8 hours, I got photo updates and phone calls to ensure that everything was done to my liking. Great service and reasonable prices! Brought in my 2015 IS 250 to Nico because of a squealing problem on my brakes as well as a paint job that needed to be done on my front bumper. Not only did Nico analyze everything accurately, he also noted that the previous shop who did my paint work before did a horrendous job and showed me all the little details to give me a sense of how bad it was. Comparing his paint work to the previous shop was a day and night difference! While also inspecting my brake issues, he showed me the parts where my rotors and brake pads showed signs of issues and wear/tear which greatly put into perspective of how badly damaged my parts were. This act by Nico alone helped me be at ease when it came to estimates because it helped put into perspective how much care Nico was putting into getting my car in the most pristine state -- as well as preventing any "scamming" issues many would see at other shops. When I requested a small customization change and it couldn't be done, Nico even put in a "free of charge" paint job to help the aesthetics of how I wanted it. All-in-all, this is a great shop along with great personnel. I will definitely come back here for my auto-body problems and especially to Nico. Gold Coast Motorsport had exceeded my expectations of professionalism and the job they did on my car! I had an accident on 5/14 Gold Coast towed my car to their shop right away and took care of everything for me since then. There was multiple issues with car insurance inspectors from the guy that caused the accident which resulted in my car to be stored at the shop for a few days and Gold Coast did not charge me a dime for those days. Nico was very caring and professional he knew I had many other worries and helped me sooooo much to minimize my anxiety and agitation I had with the insurance company.
