My sprinkler system completely broke down on a Friday evening. I had reached out to a few different companies on Yelp, including Armando. Armando had reached out to me within the hour on a Friday evening. He had mentioned he would be able to stop by the house on Saturday afternoon to provide a estimate of the work. After reviewing the issues, he had confirmed it was the valve on the irrigation system. He had provided a quote, including yard clean-up, and would return on a Tuesday. On Tuesday, he actually showed up earlier than what was scheduled! There was also a broken pipe after he dug up the irrigation to replace the valve. He did a amazing job! Extremely disappointed in this business. Showed up relatively on schedule from when he said he would, installed the valves and didn't charge us an outrageous price. However, he did NOT test the valve with the water on because when the timer came on, it was clearly leaking in two places. I text him back immediately and he said he wasn't able to return that day, but would come back the following day. I waited all day....then finally text him around 5 letting him know it was getting dark and wondering what happened. He said sorry, he was still working, and INSISTED he would put us on his schedule for 1pm the next day. The next day, I text him at 1:52 asking where he was. He replied back several hours later showing me pictures of a property he was working on. Not sure what the point of that was, but to date, he STILL hasn't come back. Stay far, far away from this company. I find it even more interesting how quickly someone is responding on Yelp instead of attempting to make it right. It's comical! Armando did an amazing job the first time we contacted him. He was able to help us with our sprinkler system, and when it didn't work the first time he came out and fixed it without charging us. We were very satisfied with his work and happy that he was so willing to help us. The next time we requested services, he told us he would arrive at a certain date and time, but he never showed up. He eventually showed up the following day and he did a great job once again. Recently, we had asked him to come out to do another maintenance job and he said he would be here on a certain day at a certain time. Yet again, that time came and went and when we contacted him to confirm or check on his ETA, he did not respond. *Update 6/24/20 I still stand by my original review that Armando and his team did a great job on their first visit. He agreed to return after 2 weeks to spray for weeds. I messaged him 2 weeks later to see if he'd still come, we set an appointment for the following Tuesday(3 weeks later). Tuesday comes, no response. Wednesday I continue to contact and we were able to reschedule for this past Saturday at 11:30. Another no call-no show. I messaged him and again, no response. Still not sprayed. Definitely disappointed after being so happy on the first day. Armando and his team did a killer job taking care of our entire property! Very happy I went with his services. Armando responded promptly to my Yelp request for a quote to remove 2 7' Japanese blueberry trees/shrubs. His estimate was very reasonable, and he also offered to plant my 2 replacement shrubs, the cost of which was included in the quote. Upon arriving promptly THE NEXT MORNING, he offered to remove several dead plants and adjust the irrigators along with the other agreed upon tasks. I suggested a new total cost to include all of this additional work, to which he amiably agreed. I am thrilled with the job he did and the fact that he didn't just remove trees.
