We had two Palm trees, both close to the side of the home with one already touching and damaging our roof. The third tree was a super tall eucalyptus tree planted right at the corner of a block fence wall that was shared with our neighbor, and its roots were the reason the fence walls work cracking and falling apart. Quan was so quick to respond and we were able to get an appointment the next day for him to look at our property while we were out of town and get an estimate for everything. We got quotes from three other companies, and Juan's quote was the most reasonable imo. We were going to be out of town on the day the work was going to be scheduled, but Juan kept in touch consistently and us making payment for the job being done was also handled very professionally. Throughout the day Juan was sending me texts and pictures of what was being done and what their next steps were going to be. I would definitely recommend him to anybody and we will be using him again for any projects that come up next!

The team was incredibly professional and arrived fully equipped for the job. Because their pricing was so competitive, I was actually able to negotiate a deal to remove three additional trees in my yard during the same visit. They handled the stump grinding (6-8 inches below grade) and cleaned up all the debris afterward, leaving the yard clean. The work was quick, efficient, and very high quality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree services.

I contacted this company through Yelp to remove a single palm tree from my front yard. The owner,…read moreEzra, messaged me quickly with a quote that seemed reasonable. I asked for a copy of his WC insurance informantion and he provided that promptly. He wanted my address which I sent to him and said that the soonest he would be able to come by would be the following day. He went on to say that I would hear from another individual to schedule the job. After my text messages with him I discussed with my wife as we had previously agreed to remove the tree. When I told her that we were on for having it removed, she decided that she wanted to wait. Ok, I said. I figured I would hear from the scheduler and tell them the job was off. We live in a gated community and the next morning, around 9am, I receive a notification that a contractor had entered the community for our house. We were supposed to have another contractor there that day so I thought it was them. I was in my garage and my wife comes out to and says there's a big truck pulling into the driveway. The other contractor doesn't have a big truck, so something was not right. I opened the garage and parked in the driveway is the crew from Red Gator! I was pretty suprised to see them since I never actually scheduled with them. The main guy greets meet and says they are here to do the job. My response was that we had changed our mind and that I had never scheduled with them. The first thing he asks is "why?". I tell him my wife wanted to wait on the job even though I shouldn't have to provide a response to that question. His next statement is, "well, that's going to be problem. We better call Ezra". I have to be honest, at that point I'm feeling pretty wierd about the whole thing. The driver of the truck is shooting me nasty looks and the guy I'm speaking with, although very polite, seems pretty intent on cutting down the tree. I caved and said "ok, go ahead and cut it down". I asked them NOT to stump grind it so they adjusted the price accordingly. To be fair, the person I was speaking with was also the guy who did the actual cutting. He was efficient and there weren't any issues with the job, per se. When they were done, he rang my doorbell and we inspected the job. I paid them through Zelle and they left. I contacted the owner, Ezra, and conveyed the information to him above. He issued an apology for the scheduler not reaching out to me and said that they had arrived at my doorstep by mistake. I'm not sure how truthful that is but he did offer to cut the bill in half. I did not accept the offer. To be honest, the issue here isn't the money or the tree. It's the interactions between his crew and myself. I would not recommend them.

I love 3 Brothers Tree Service!!!…read more From Tina, the estimator, to Jose, the project manager, every person I've talked to with the company is very honest and cares deeply about customer satisfaction. They worked fast and efficiently as soon as they showed up. They wasted no time and made sure that I was happy with their work before they left as well. Their estimate was the lowest out of all the other companies I called up. I had one pine tree removed, three palm trees trimmed, and another pine tree trimmed all for under $600. You don't need to look further because no one will be able to beat 3 brothers in work quality, price, and customer satisfaction!!!

Shes like a family member that comes around once a year. She knows my kids names, asks about them, chats with us, just a great person to have running a company. On top of that, I don't think I've ever seen a crew trim a LOT of very large trees so quickly and thoroughly! My yard never looks as good as it does the day Tina's crew leaves it. She's super knowledgeable about what does & doesn't need to be done for tree health & safety. The crew always does exactly what they say they'll do and it always looks fantastic. On top of that, the crew always cleans up after themselves plus whatever dead leaves etc were in the yard that needed to get cleaned up. They've never left the yard looking anything less than perfectly manicured each time they come. And, they've even managed to rescue us last second after the occasional wind storm that takes out a large branch! Again. I mean it sincerely when I say we will never have anybody other than Tina's crew take care of our trees. Can't recommend enough!
