I get to the register and the lady asked if I was using a loft card I said no I was just using a coupon. She said oh well coupons don't work on clearance items. WELL if she knew the product in store she would know that item was the only item in the pile of clothes that was clearance. I told her I knew yes I know because I shop at loft all the time despite what I dress like while shopping. Just saying. I guess I can be harsh with customer service because most of my life I've worked in some kind of customer service/sales and I'm all about the sale no matter how big or small and no matter what a person looks like.
