The guy answered and said he would be there in an hour. To waste time, I went down the hall and got a pedicure which took an hour and thirty minutes just to give him more time. At 11:30, I walked back down to the store. It still wasn't open. So I called the number again. Now he says he will be there in another 15 minutes. I said, "you just told me an hour and I waited longer to return and you're still not here." He says "I have something to do I will be there soon." I politely released the line. Listen black business owners if you don't have any idea how to run a successful business, please go get a job. I found a ring on line that I was interested in. I submitted a form on line asking if that…read moreparticular ring was in stock and in store and got an immediate response from Dorian. I was able to stop by that day and purchase the ring from Dorian who was friendly and helpful. While I was there they cleaned a couple of my rings and they turned out so nice and shiny! My new ring needed to be sized and it was promised to be ready in one week. I received a text that it was ready a couple days early so I was excited to get my new ring. While picking up my new ring I decided to have another ring sized that was my mother's and I had been wearing it although it was two sizes too big. That was also ready before the promised date. Next I will be taking in my mom's wedding bands and having those taken care of (build up the setting of the diamond) as they have never seen a jeweler. I have found my new jeweler!

I…read morecouldn't get my wedding rings off for a surgery that was requesting I wear no jewelry, so I went to More Than Diamonds where Billy kindly cut my rings off and gave me some ideas of what I could do to make the bands bigger. He gave me some options and I left the rings there on a Friday afternoon and I received a message that they were ready for pick-up on Tuesday. A different fellow rang me up and he was just as friendly and professional as Billy. But WOW. My rings look stunning. Absolutely dazzling and better than the day that they were new. It wasn't a cheap fix, to size the 2 bands up but it's worth it so that I can wear them, at least until I decide if I want to re-design them into a different style sometime down the road, which they told me they do at More Than Diamonds too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anybody to go to, far more than any of the jewelry chain stores around the mall.
