There is plenty of parking with a little overflow parking area that I've had to use a couple times. They have a recovery zone with 3 or 4 hydromassage beds. They limit the time to 10 minutes. There is also a tanning bed. What they don't offer is childcare. I feel they could've designed the space a bit differently to add the childcare. They have many different types of machines, some more popular than others, of course. Wipe stations are everywhere which is convenient. They have a 2nd floor with treadmills, bikes and the group fitness studio. It has stairs and a single person open air lift elevator to help disabled members upstairs. Although, when I was experiencing mobility issues, when they first opened, they only had a couple people up front who knew how to use it. I had to call someone up front from my cell phone when I was ready to come back down. It isn't set up to let you go up and down on your own, which is very inconvenient and inconsiderate to someone with disabilities. They really should redesign the elevator to a closed elevator and allow members independent access to it like they have at other locations.

As a member who pays dues in addition to a "Maintenance Fee," I would hope that there would be routine maintenance on the equipment, but I can't help but notice that slightly dirty TRX bands have been replaced and walls have been painted while all 4 rowers remain barely usable. (A good number of the ellipticals also have issues, but there are enough ellipticals that you can always find one in working condition. The rowers, however, are limited.) Instead of rowers, we have a rower graveyard. The one usable rower now has a ripped foot strap. For months, the other rowers have had issues. The second rower's seat pops off the track. The third one has a chain that slips. And the last one has a very heavy, squeaky chain. These all seem like things that could be easy fixes, but here we are.

Annnd just in case you didn't know, I'm not a fan I've driving in traffic! You can tell that every coach at OBF enjoy their jobs. They take their time to not only guide you through each workout but they go out of their way to make sure each individual is comfortable doing each exercise correctly. If need be, a different movement or lift can be subbed in. Hitting a PR and cheering you on to work harder is just as important as scaling when you need to OR slowing up the pace. They have Crossfit classes that include weightlifting lifts and various high intensity (HIT) workouts. There are also bootcamp classes to get your heart racing. Either (or both) classes are sure to keep you moving and shaking. Note : There are various classes in the a.m. and p.m. for both Crossfit and boot camp. There are showers upstairs if you need, great perk if you need to get to work after. Also, the parking lot is located within a shopping plaza with plenty of spaces. Added bonus: The staff and members are amazing! Everyone is super nice and fun. We not only help each other out, we crack jokes and plan social events. We are one giant team of friends cheering each other on in and outside of the gym. That makes all the gasping for air and sweating 1000 times more enjoyable!

I started working out there with a personal trainer 18 months ago and later started taking group fitness classes and Pilates. I find all the instructors to be highly trained and skilled with a deep passion in understanding my individual needs and goals. With their guidance, I've been able to achieve my strength training goals. I get a lot of personal attention, excellent advice on nutrition and healthy habits and constant encouragement and motivation to keep me on track. There are a wide variety of group fitness classes that I enjoy taking. The instructors make the classes fun and exciting and I've made many great friends along the way. In particular, I enjoy the kettlebell class to keep my heart rate up as well as the yoga class to keep me calm and grounded. I'm glad that I found Zero Gravity Fitness and I would encourage anyone seeking personalized and hands on help in achieving their fitness goals to give them a try.

Everyone that struggles with fitness know how hard it can be to do it on their own. The hardest part for me was admitting I needed help. I had a good friend take me to Zero Gravity for a buddy workout. The next day I signed up. I realized this was the gym for me and this will be my final stand to take back my health. I needed help. Thanks to zero Gravity and my trainer Leo I've lost over 50 pounds. There's no shortage of support here from other members to other trainers. This is just a great gym with great people that will care about you. I don't normally write reviews but I hope this can help kick start someone's fitness at Zero Gravity. Hopefully this can help you like my friend did for me years ago.

What I love about this YMCA location is that there is ample equipment and I am able to get a productive workout complete. So far all machines that I have used are in great working condition. Other members too are able to get their workout done with ease unlike other locations where people are on their phone, taking up the machines and not actually using them efficiently. I have gone early morning around 7 AM and I have also gone in the evenings around 7/8 PM. I have not taken any classes yet, but will soon explore some. My only one complaint is that I have unable to use the sauna due to it being out of order. Hopefully, they're able to repair it soon. I have also heard and read in other reviews that it is frequently being repaired. Hopefully that gets resolved soon.

First, I do want to say the staff were absolutely lovely. We arrived before everything was already set up, and they let my two young children help with scattering some of the eggs beforehand, which was a really kind and memorable touch. They were also great about sharing information on other programs, including a YMCA date night service where parents can drop off their kids while they enjoy dinner and a movie, which honestly sounds like something we might try in the future. The setup itself was a classic "scatter and go" format, with plastic eggs spread across a field and kids released at the same time. While exciting, it always makes things pretty chaotic, and our two-year-old ended up with candy like hard Jolly Ranchers and gum, which aren't really appropriate for toddlers and felt like a bit of a miss given the age range advertised for the section we were told to participate in. For future events, it would be great if the eggs in the under-3 section were filled only with toddler-appropriate items to help avoid potential choking hazards and make the experience more enjoyable, and less stressful, for parents of little ones. The bigger issue, though, was the "golden egg" system. The idea is great, special eggs with prizes inside, but in practice it created some awkward dynamics. We saw families staking out golden eggs ahead of time, including one instance where a parent encouraged their child to literally sit with their hand on an egg before the event started. I'm not here to judge anyone, but it did take away from the fairness and fun of the hunt. A simple fix would be to go more "Willy Wonka" style next time, hide the golden prize as a surprise inside regular eggs rather than making them visible targets. That would keep the excitement while making things feel a lot more equitable for all kids. Overall, a fun event with great staff and good energy, but a few thoughtful tweaks could make it much more enjoyable and inclusive for everyone.
