I found this club randomly on yelp and reached out for more information. Coach Miguel was super…read moreinformative and invited me to come in for a Saturday intro session for women's kickboxing. I came and did the class and I was hooked in the first 20 minutes. After the class, I inquired for long term participation and signed up for 3x a week. They had a Christmas sale that was awesome, the class was really good and it pushed me to step out of my house and workout with other people other than me. After a week or so, I decided to upgrade my membership to the 5x a week because it's just that good! All of the coaches are super knowledgeable, motivating and I feel like I'm a part of a community which is the most important part. I am so happy to be a part of this club and I hope more of my friends join me in this fun journey! I can't wait to continue to learn new techniques! The good thing about that is I get to meet and get to know everyone who goes there. There are several things that I love about Ethos: 1) The people are amazing. No matter what class you go to everyone is friendly, encouraging and I can always find someone who pushes me to be better. 2) There's plenty of space and enough equipment. I can't think of a time where we did not have enough weights for everyone. There are some gyms that aren't well equipped and this isn't one of them. 3) The app to keep track of your workouts, your benchmarks for weightlifting, and your progress 4) The programming. The workouts are strategic to work your entire body while focusing on certain groups together. While some things may be out of your wheel house the coaches always have options for modifying a movement to make it easier or more challenging for you. 5) This is a great option for both cardio and getting stronger. 6) The coaching staff is very knowledgeable and know a lot more than just lifting weights. From diet and nutrition to proper stretching they are true experts in their fields. If you're looking for a gym where you can get faster, leaner, stronger and lose weight but also have a good time with great people than look no further.

The coaches are super motivated and push you to do your best every session. Other members are friendly and also encourage each other. The workouts change daily so there is great variety. I have definitely have seen improvement in my cardio, lost weight and body fat. I have also gained and toned my muscles. So I recently started a free 2 week trial with Class Pass and saw F45 as one of the gyms available to try out... so I decided to stop by the Lake Nona location for a quick workout. This F45 is located within a strip mall and had a decent amount of parking available around the gym. Upon entering, I was greeted almost immediately and checked in. This spot is pretty spacious and very well lit. The gym is broken up into separate stations with each station having a clear view of the tv which displays the workout needing to be completed. The trainers Leo and Leah were fantastic! They definitely helped with putting me at ease... since it was my first class and all. They did a quick demo of each workout and they also placed me in the same stations as one of the regulars so that they could help me if needed, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I really enjoyed F45! I like the fact that it's a 45 min session each time...and you truly feel accomplished by the end of the work out. I will definitely be back soon to try the other classes!

I attended a 3-peat class involving 3 repeats of 10 stations that involved a variety of movements and equipment. The high intensity intervals really work your entire body and get your heart pumping at its limit. Lindsey and Nyna were amazing coaches, and since it was my first time, they provided plenty of encouragement and suggestions for alternative ways to do the activities. It was definitely a challenge, especially for someone like me who only runs and has no arm strength. But I left in a bright mood (from all the endorphins and adrenaline) and knowing I'd become stronger. Apparently the class I took only happens around once a month. They usually have cardio classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and weights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. The facility and equipment were very clean and finding parking was easy. The pricing is not pretty but is as expected for many serious gyms in Lake Nona. It's $65 for two classes every 2 weeks or $180 every 2 weeks for unlimited classes.

I have been a member of this gym since February 2014, and really enjoy my workouts here! When I…read moreoriginally moved to the central florida area last year, I thoroughly researched each box mainly for validity from other reviewers, challenge of the workouts, and the knowledge of the coaches. All of the coaches here have extensive backgrounds in fitness that go well beyond the level 1 crossfit certification that's required to become a trainer. I don't want to sound like an infomercial here, but back in May I was having trouble with some of my workouts due to lower back pain, one of the coaches showed me some stretches I should start doing and since then I haven't had any problems since! I've also lost a little over 15 lbs since joining, which I attribute to eating better as well. This is just one small example, of how this box has helped me reach my goals. As with most crossfits I've visited, all the members are super friendly and supportive. And as far as challenge of workouts, I would say this gym lifts heavier than most I've visited, which I like because it pushes me out of my comfort zone. However the workouts are scaled to ANYONES fitness level, and there are still some movements I still scale to this day. I would suggest that anyone searching for a gym check out the establishment's website and to look at what a typical week or two of workouts look like at that particular crossfit. This is also another tool I used to ultimately come to my decision of picking this gym, because the workouts were varied and challenging, but not impossible. Also, the gym just underwent a huge expansion and got tons of new equipment to work with.
