I needed extra FOBS for my car. Technician showed up and programmed two FOBS. After programming,…read morethe technician said that he is not able to cut the entry key that is part of the FOB and then gave me an excuse that he provides the FOB, not the key. The entry key is part of the FOB and an important part of a working FOB. He told me that I now need to go to a dealer to have the keys cut which means extra time and money. I will never use this service again and would recommend others find a place that actually completes the work correctly.

I called and emailed and they said they would fix....no one came. When I followed up, they didn't return my voicemails. Then when I emailed, someone replied they would handle and then a mjnute later, I got a recalled email notice (those don't work you know). Anyway, when I hired a new locksmith to fix my lock, he opened the lock to find they used the wrong part and tried to make it fit by using....wait for it....electric tape....in a metal lock.
