This spot is tucked right in that narrow alleyway right next to Trader Joe's and I almost missed it. No noticable signs about it being vegan but emphasis is on the $3 grilled cheese, but I opted for the kimchi grilled cheese with beyond pepperoni with a tomato soup. It still only came out to $8 which is crazy in New York. Really enjoyed the taste of the pepper jack cheese and this is coming from a vegetarian that's only not vegan because I love cheese too much. Eh. First I didn't realize it was non dairy cheese but that it was cheese made out of oats. That's my fault. But the pictures that they show and the product is completely different. I thought it would be at least the size of a regular piece of bread but it's the size of an English muffin. I also got the tomato soup. The cheese itself is decent for not being made out of real cheese however the bread wasn't crunchy and it's pretty anemic looking. It's smaller than my pen.
