Turning to Yelp to find a locksmith wasn't what I had in mind to start my weekend. My security/storm door key broke into multiple pieces somehow while turning the key in the lock and of course a nice shattered piece was stuck within. Desperate for assistance, I sent out a flurry of requests to any locksmith in the area. Yelp makes it easy, but as I saw multiple bids get turned down due to being unavailable I was growing anxious. Enter Sean, from ARMORSAFE! Not only did he respond almost immediately but he gave me reassurance over the text and eventually the phone that he could get the job done for a reasonable price. I was skeptical at first since he didn't see the damage yet - but still, his cool and calm tone kept me thinking positive. When Sean showed up about 10-15 minutes later, he had all his gear ready and was able to give me an assessment, plan of action, and options in the event we couldn't get the broken pieces out via traditional locksmith methods. Now that he was on-site and saw the issue, he immediately reassured me that he could get me inside. Of course the security/storm door lock wasn't something we could easily pick and maneuver with a broken piece in there (wafer lock? I learned a lot this evening by the way.) But even with the odds against me, Sean's experience and great customer service kicked in. You see, being locked out and the sun going down - the customer must be pretty desperate to resolve by any means necessary and likely willing to make bad decisions. If the locksmith wanted to use this against the customer they probably could very easily and charge whatever they wanted. THAT IS NOT HOW SEAN OPERATES! You can tell Sean has a kind soul as he connects with you and does not feed on your vulnerability. He kept me informed the whole time, even after a few work arounds. He was always a few steps ahead in terms of making sure we did not have to damage anymore property or permanently damage the security/storm door. Already a long story - to cut to the chase... Sean was able to get me in all while keeping the collateral damage and costs down. We ended up using an alternate entry point locked door that Sean could work with easier with minimal issues. What could easily be a bigger problem and breaking the bank turned out to be just another successful job for Sean at ARMORSAFE while keeping the customer on the right side of the margin. I just want to say thanks again, Sean. It's because of people like you that gives hope for humanity. He offered to come out the same day I contacted him but I wasn't available until two days later, which he was happy to schedule for me.
