Outstanding clothing quality that looks and feels great. Second, I love this location. The sales team - specifically Jake - is super cool and helpful. My brother and I are regular visitors and, even though we live closer to the Commerce location, we go to Simi because of Jake. I never feel like I'm being "sold" something. Instead, I feel like I have a buddy at the store just giving me great advice on fantastic products. Can you get the similar stuff at different stores or even online for a cheaper price? Sure but why would you when you have a great quality product with a super helpful sales team. What's cheap today is expensive tomorrow. Don't try to find knock off crap on Amazon. Pay for the quality products and service at 5.11. You won't be disappointed.
