We have been in the area for a few years and all but given up on good pizza being in South Jersey. But after reading many reviews and finding a review from another North Jersey/ New York pizza snob, I was encouraged that this might be the place. Well we kept it simple and tried a pepperoni pie. Let me tell you, It hit the spot. My New Yorker husband approved! Good crust nice ratio of cheese and sauce and while this isn't "New York" pizza, it is pretty darn good pizza. We will definitely be back. So happy we found real pizza again. read more

Moved from Philly to nj and tried many places finally found a nj place with good pizza !!!!

Ordered hot gins and onions rings. Chicken wings were not cooked fresh plus the cost for 20 is $26. All other places in the area are under 20 dollars for 20 wings. Overpriced for wings that were pre made day or two before then reheated with sauce - had that "old" chicken taste. Onions rings were out of a bag and mostly breading - not good either. Ive never had anything from this place that I would call good or very good. Much better places in the area than here. read more

okay so let me start this by saying i'm sort of a pizza snob. like franchise pizza does nothing for me. i love pizza so much i literally went to Italy specifically for the authentic experience. i think the best pizza is in the New York/ New Jersey area by far. now with that being said i moved to South Jersey and i'll be honest a lot of the food i've had down here made me miss North Jersey a lot. i ordered a pizza from down here recently and the sauce was ON TOP OF the cheese. disaster. so when i came across this place on yelp i saw the pictures and i decided that it looked good for all intents and purposes so i would give it a try. i called and placed a pick up order for a small pepperoni and sausage. oh btw i highly dislike the sausage crumbles some pizza places do so when i saw sliced sausage in the pictures i knew i would enjoy this pizza. took about 20 minutes to be done. walked inside and gave my order number. every one was pretty friendly and wearing masks which i was very pleased about. i got home and y'all... this pizza was so good... it reminded me of pizza i used to order every Friday from my hometown in North Jersey. the sauce to cheese ratio was perfect. the crust was good. that sliced sausage was something special. i was so happy that when my best friend said she wanted to have a pizza and wine night later in the week i called them and ordered again!! i feel like it was even better the second time around so i knew it wasn't a fluke lol. overall it was obvious to see how they've been in business since the 70s. good food at good prices. i'll definitely be back read more
