The receipt includes an excessive number of add‑on charges--so many that it feels more like purchasing an airline ticket than ordering a cheesesteak: * Convenience Fee * Delivery Fee * Pre‑Charged Gratuity * Technology Fee (WTF is that? lol) These are operational expenses that should reasonably be built into the business model, not itemized and passed directly to the customer. This is a neighborhood food establishment, not a fine‑dining experience, and customers should not be made to feel as though they are paying a premium simply for the privilege of ordering. This was a last night in town, let's order in to the hotel idea. No mention of the ambience of the interior as this was a delivery order to our hotel. The delivery time did take a while. I think lead to the warm not hot temperature of the pie. The cupped pepperoni and Italian sausage were good. The mushrooms came in as large chunks. I know the photo looks kinda like a train wreck pizza. Could have just been something off in the picture. Flavor was good. Very nice service & people! Stopped in at 9 pm after a long day with my MIL in the hospital for dinner. They were very kind, my pizza was great, their potato soup was even good (for a pizza place) & the gentleman at the register kindly pointed me to the bar/liquor store at he other end of the shopping strip so I could BYO beverage for my meal. ;). I eat (or take out from) here regularly. I like the food quality, the service, and the fact that the prices haven't risen much, even through the pandemic. There might be a bit less meat in the steak sandwiches, which is disappointing, but they taste great, and I suppose that's how they keep the price down. I've had cheesesteaks, chicken steaks, and a bunch of the appetizers, all good except maybe the fried mushrooms. The jalapeno poppers are excellent. Horrible customer service. MANAGER CARLOS is horrible. Order here all the time and they treat me like CRAP. 2 weeks ago time driver told me that I wasn't able to write my own amount on the receipt because he didn't want to share a pen due to Covid. Well I trusted him and he wrote the wrong amount for a tip. Well.. he put in what he wanted one day, and I even addressed it to the owner and the owner said he shouldn't be doing that. Last week I ordered a tuna hoagie with chips and a drink, and they charged me for tuna & fries and a drink. I addressed today a week later that I realize where I got charged wrong and spoke to Carlos the manager NICELY... asking for him to fix it and he told me " I AM BUSY RIGHT NOW, I CANT DEAL WITH THIS RIGHT NOW .. I CAN CALL YOU BACK" I told him.." I will be there in 20 minutes to pick up my order can we talk about it than? " he said in return " I'm busy, your always making an issue.. first it was the tip with the delivery driver... do you want your money back or don't order with us anymore whatever " First off- I wasn't asking for my money back. I just wanted to address the mistake TO HELP, and only get the difference of what I paid for vs what I was incorrectly charged for. But he made it seem like I was the issue, didn't want to assist at all, and wanted to just brush me off. Carlos also doesn't care about his customer and whether they come back or not. He made that clear today. He made it seem like I nitpick everything. Well I wouldn't have to speak on things if you guys didn't keep messing up and charging me wrong or being rude. I am posting this for awareness because this place does not care about their customers, customer service is horrible and management is unprofessional & doesn't take accountability. When a customer is giving you FEEDBACK thats a chance for your to take that feedback and take accountability and CORRECT those issues. Not get rude and snappy with the customers. Came for the pizza, but had to try the Italian Hoagie Special Italian Hoagie Sm. Chips & Can of Soda special for $7.25. Wow - Fantastic! Huge, stuffed with meat and cheese with banana peppers (The way I ordered it). Could have even been better.... (attention to detail) Tons of banana peppers, but pepper buts (stems) are no good. Also, the buns appear to be stored in the fridge. Would have been great to at least have room temperature!.. even better toasted. The pizza - Sorry... I love almost all pizza, and this one was kind of good? Tried the Sicilian Meat Lovers Pizza. The crust was dense and deflated (like it was rolled out). The sausage had some nuggets that are not good. I do not know what kind of cheese this was. Disappointed.... They close at 10:00 pm, and I was there about 8:00 pm, but it looked like it was closed. All the chairs put up on the tables. Sat in a booth, but the seat was shot. Like sitting on a couch with no cushions. OK... $1.00 slice pizza after 9:00 pm. Interesting...... read more

Wish I could give this establishment a negative rating. Let's start with how I am regular customer and order WEEKLY.. Today I ordered my food at 3:30pm- 4 meals came to about $50. 5:00pm- my food has not been delivered. I called to inquire about my delivery. I was told "oh the driver couldn't find your location and we have been keeping your food warm" she verified my address which has been the same exact address every time I ordered, she then added "he's not a new driver so I'm not sure why he couldn't find your address" my question is Why didn't the driver call me? They continued to say we will give you 50% off and it's on its way. (I live 5 minutes away) 5:25pm- still no delivery. I call to inquire about my delivery.. I was told " oh he should be on his way.. he must have delivered another order before yours" My question - "why wasn't I priority since my order is now 2 hours late?!" I stated at this point I shouldn't have to pay for ice cold food. THEY stated they would just cancel my order. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Good stuff at Camila's II. Got the Brooklyn Pie tonight, with a 6pc order of Hot wiings, and chicken fettuccine alfredo for my wife. Brooklyn Pie... like a thin style sicilian, good tomato sauce and cheese, seasoned well, would definitely get again. Everything tasted really fresh. Wings were tasty, cooked perfectly, good hot sauce, not too spicy. I'd probably ask for a little more sauce next time as I like my wings swimming and these had a decent coating with just a little left over in the container. My wife's chicken alfredo was really tasty also, good amount of sauce, HUGE portion so more than enough leftover to have seconds the next day. I dont usually go for pasta from takeout, but I tried some of it and really liked it as well. Didn't know that Mangiamo's had closed, but this seems like a good replacement. Have never ordered from their other location but if it's same quality good for them. Can definitely see myself ordering from here again in the future, delivery was quick and all the food was still hot and fresh. Hope this place sticks around. read more

We've lived in the area for over a year now, & there's nowhere else we'd rather order pizza from. The prices are reasonable, service is friendly, and we've always gotten exactly what we ordered. Tonight we ordered a large pepperoni pizza, extra crispy fries, & boneless buffalo chicken bites. You know how sometimes places forget the sauce or don't really make your fries crispy? Have been ordering from this place off and on for last 6 months. Initially the Pizza was good definite 3 stars. We order maybe once a month. The last three times it has been hit or miss, overdone, burned crust, or really stingy on the toppings. Our last few orders have been wraps and they are way overcooked making for a dry sandwich served with soggy fries. I don't know why the quality has dropped so badly, but sad to say Camila's is no longer a go to option for us. read more

Finally found my pizza spot in this area! Really good pizza and wings. Nice everyday specials as well. It's reasonably priced, tasty, and fresh. I am absolutely blown away at the treatment I just received from this restaurant. I ordered a Brooklyn pizza (through GrubHub) and it was delivered to me burnt. I called the restaurant and the manager I spoke with said they would send me a new one. Okay, fine. He did not apologize or offer any sort of refund, but I was hungry so I waited for the new pizza. The second pizza arrive. Burnt. I called the restaurant back and requested a refund from the manager. He told me that he would have the driver come back and take the pizza back and that I should call GrubHub for a refund. I understand that GrubHub is the third party here, but I am absolutely shocked at how this man spoke to me on the phone. He tried telling me "that's a Brooklyn pizza, the menu says it's well done, that's what you ordered". I did not order a pizza that is so dark and impossible to bite into. I expressed my unhappiness and this man was so rude to me and just kept telling me to take it up with GrubHub. I brought up customer service and how I felt I was not being treated well and he tried to tell me I was being rude. Well yes, I'm very upset that I just waited TWICE for a meal that was burnt both times. He then told me I should call back and take it up with the owner. I asked for the owner's name and he said he didn't know it. So now you're being super rude to a hungry customer's order that you screwed up twice, and you're lying to me. I made it a point to tell him that I have ordered from there before and the food has been great, but now that there is an issue they don't seem to care. There was more detail in the conversation, but at the end of the day I am just appalled at the way this man spoke to me, lied to me, and tried to tell me that their pizza is supposed to come burnt. He then proceeded to tell me that they're very busy and hung up on me. I just couldn't believe it. Nice staff, very friendly. Pizza is amazing, the crust is crunchy but not hard and stiff, the pizza itself is amazing. If you take the cheese off it doesn't take off all the sauce unlike some places, you can taste the basil and spices in it. The Italian wedding soup is hefty and smells good, tastes good too. read more
