They replaced the first pair but now my second pair of lenses are also peeling. Two pairs in only 6 months. I do recommend them but ask for quality lenses.

After speaking with my insurance and providing the billing code for the procedure, I was told it was indeed covered and given the exact billing instructions. When I called back to discuss this with a male employee, he became hostile and insulting, insisting that the procedure was not covered and stating, "I don't care what you think about the insurance," before hanging up on me. It seems they prefer to avoid submitting the test to the insurer and get paid directly. This is a total rip-off. Stay away from this office. They are only interested in ripping you off and taking your money, basically stealing. My insurance even warned me never to pay them out-of-pocket.

She told me due to my high prescription, it's best to have retinal pictures that you can take with you to your next doctor for continuity of care, and I never even got the pictures.
