My cold got so bad that it escalated into runny nose and coughs that hurt my stomach area. The medication they prescribed me was a bit good, but not enough to stop the cold. It was starting to gross other people out with my runny nose. It took 2 hours for me to see a doctor and thankfully this place had WiFi for me to browse the web and read some articles. A complete waste of my time. I went there because I obviously had no choice in terms of a quick visit to my optometrist. As I have been dealing with an eye infection. Not only did they have me waiting for hours on a slow day but all they did was prescribe me some saline wash. I made it clear that I needed an eye prescription for this corneal ulcer I deal with once a year......I brought my own teardrop prescription and asked if i may he prescribed the same thing or something similar, and the provider had approved. Suddenly, as I make my way to the CVS, I came to realize that she prescribed me a saline wash?!!! Why on earth would I spend 3hours of my day and money for a saline wash??? Checked in for persistent cough that's lasted weeks. While the check-in procedure was relatively easy and handled via mobile, the experience this time was less than desired. I was able to see that I was 6th in queue. After just over an hour, I managed to make it to 4th in queue. The lobby was empty. A new patient arrived and was told that there would be about a 2 hour wait. Just didn't have the patience to wait any longer. Wasn't seen; would not recommend. 10/10, definitely recommend this urgent care. I came in for chest pain and shortness of breath due to a virus. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to doctor visits, so I was already really stressed about going in. The front staff were friendly and welcoming, which helped. I was seen by Dr. Roberto Marin, and he was great! I had a ton of questions and he never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. He explained what each medication was for and why he was prescribing it. I left feeling less anxious and relieved. He was super helpful and kind. a great urgent care overall! read more

I've been here a few times but my recent experience was with Dr. Toufan Mehryan (my first time with him) and he was the best urgent care doctor I have seen. I saw him on Christmas Eve and even though it was right before the holidays, he was patient with all my questions, examined me throughly, and took his time to explain exactly what he will prescribe. It's the little things that makes a big impact! I was able to get a work note from him as well. Out of all the urgent cares around, this one allows you to check in online and see what spot you are in too so I appreciate that. The check in time isn't always accurate though and you usually will get in longer than what it says. But honestly even though this urgent care takes awhile, it is definitely way faster than the others! read more

We had a good experience at this urgent care. For one, it's very hard to find an urgent care open past 8pm, so we're happy that this one was available until midnight. Also, I would guess that working at any urgent care can be stressful, especially one where people are going in late. I'm sure none of those patients really want to be there, so managing patients who are hurt, while doing this late at night can be challenging for all the medical staff, especially the doctor. Anyway, my son's ear was hurting quite a bit and we didn't want to go to the emergency room, so fortunately we ended up here. The doctor on site (Dr. Mercer) was there and he had a very good sense of humor. I can see how some might take this the wrong way as I read in some reviews, but I personally think that having to deal with so many patients late at night with so many different personalities, it's better to have a good sense of humor toward his patients since I'm sure everyone there is a bit stressed. Anyway, he was able to diagnose our son's ear infection and gave him a prescription to antibiotics. It did take a little over an hour to see him, but that's understandable since there were other patients ahead of us and he was the only doctor on site. Overall, this was a good urgent care and although a little far from us, we'll be going here again if we need their services late at night. The worst Doctor experience we have experienced as parents of four. Took our daughter here. The Doctor spent less a minute with us, asked two questions, and said she is calling in a Z Pack. Didn't tell us why or what for. When I asked questions her explanation was it looks virak but she can take a Z Pack just in case. No tests and entire visit was under a minute. Our daughter got worse, so went to hospital later that night and they immediately suspected Flu B, tests came back positive. Went here while in Disneyland area because it was the last one open. When I checked in they knew I had Kaiser and said nothing. Then after waiting for 30 minutes they informed me anything would be out of pocket besides consult. This isn't the case with other urgent cares I have been to. I had symptoms of COVID-19 and the home test showed I'm positive. So, I came in to do COVID-19 PCR test to confirm. Female staff name Betsy took my sample and ran a test. She said she will email me the result so I don't have to wait in the office. So, I left and came home. When I got my result, I was very surprised because the result I got was for the strep throat test. So, I went back to the office and brought it to Betsy's attention. Even though the test result shows it's a sore throat test, she insisted that it's a COVID-19 test. The report clearly shows Streptococcus negative but she still insisted it's a COVID-19 test and tried so hard to trick me.  So, I realized that there's no point of talking to her and I requested to speak with a doctor who is in charge of the office. Then, they said I need to fill the paperwork and see the doctor as a patient. That's ridiculous. Staff made a mistake and kept lying and trying to trick me so I wanted to talk to the doctor to explain and get a correct test. They kept trying to get me registered as a patient to charge me. I refused continuously. Finally, they said I can see the doctor but have to wait until the doctor finishes to see all the patients. It will take more than an hour. I told them I wait. Then, Betsy who ran a wrong test and insisted it's a COVID-19 test gave me a COVID-19 test result showing negative. I questioned her how she can run a test without getting the sample. She said she saved my sample. Are you kidding me? It's already 2 hours passed from when she got my sample. What kind of clinic saves a patient's sample that may contain virus? So, I questioned her and she provided a lie after another. She now said the machine was broken so she had no choice but running a strep throat test. So, I asked if what she just said makes sense. Then, a guy who claimed he's doctor Mercer came out from a room and screaming to me I'm harassing his staff. He kept screaming at me kicked me out of the office. Even though they gave me the negative test result without running my sample, I went to another clinic right across the street. And, I got a COVID-19 Positive test result. It's a really a serious issue. They provide incorrect test result and lie to a patient about the result. It could be a legal liability for them.  This was the worst experience I've ever had. This place is full of crooks and scam artists. I will never go back to this place. This place must be avoided at all cost. read more

We came here for a school physical, appt was scheduled for 2pm and we arrived 15 minutes early as instructed and uploaded insurance and ID ahead of time. When we checked in there was no wait time and no patients ahead of us. They kept us waiting for an hour!!!! This is unacceptable. Nursing staff was just gossiping amongst each other, and doctor took forever to enter our room. When he finally came in he asked us what took us so long! This place sucks! I told him to check with his crappy staff to see why they kept us waiting for so long for a physical. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will never come back to this place. This place is rather quick for a urgent care. Your best bet is to book an appointment so you're not waiting super long. The people at the front do very well with explaining things. There was one doctor that did well with listening to me and my symptoms. The other kinda made me feel like he just wanted to get me in and out. Came here twice. I had an eye infection. First doctor I saw was an older man he didn't examine my eye much, gave me drops and sent me on my way. 3 days later not much improvement so I returned and saw another doctor. This time it was Patricia that saw me and she actually examined my eye which the first doctor didn't. She recommended an eye drop with steroid and even gave me a drop to examine if I had cuts or foreign objects. I came back here MAD AT THE PREVIOUS SERVICE.... But this time I was helped way more and it actually made me want to leave good feedback. You need more workers like Patricia and less workers like the old cranky man who I saw the first time who just wanted me gone so he could go home it seemed. read more

Gave an extra star just because after insisting they agreed to take me in last minute around 11:15pm. Place closes at 12 but they don't take people shortly after 11 apparently. I let the staff know that I was looking to get YEAST INFECTION treatment prescribed. Oddly enough they asked for a urine sample, and the provider told me I had no urinary infection. I asked about getting treatment for the yeast infection and he said he would rather I go somewhere else to get swabbed. Apparently he said they DON'T DO vaginal swabs there and that he didn't want to prescribe the "medicine" if it's not needed because it didn't "sound" like a yeast infection and that it's "normal" to be itchy, swollen "down there" during pregnancy. Like what???? Coming from a male dr..I looked at him and told him I've had a yeast infection about two months prior (they're common during pregnancy), and that it's the exact same symptoms. I literally just needed a cream. It was a bit upsetting because I literally told them that was my reason for visit. Like why take me in if it's something you don't do or service?? Also, I've been to other urgent cares for the same issue in the past and I've never been denied treatment even during a pregnancy. Apparently this urgent care just doesn't service vagina-related urgent issues...Overall, I would NEVER return or recommend the place at all. I'll be going to Marque Urgent care (where I got treatment last time) in Buena Park or AltaMed Urgent care in the morning. This place was a waste of time and my insurance's money! read more

Yelpers total TMI on this review (reader beware lol) I came in recently for the first time ever to this urgent care on Friday night/ Saturday early morning at 3am getting close to 4am. On Friday night 10/21/22 I started having some discomfort on my left ear, & it was hard to sleep, then it started to hurt really bad to the point I was in tears, there was & still is some pus coming out. I don't know why but ever since I was a child I've been plagued with reoccurring ear infections, it had been a couple years that I don't get one & man this time it hit with a vengeance. I've recently dealt with a root canal, this ear infection is worse. Anyways I came in since I saw on Google that this place is open 24 hrs & not many Urgent Cares are open 24hrs & I did not want to go to an ER. I arrived & everything was locked. I did not see anyone inside & I walked on the opposite side off the entrance & I was upset because I thought this place was supposed to be 24 hrs. Well it is 24 hr. but to be let in you have to call first during the night. Since there are shady characters during the night (tweaker hours as they are called) they keep this place locked. There is no sign indicated that you need to call in after hours on the door to be let in, but I called & sure enough Cinnamon answered the phone & unlocked the door to let me in. This place is interesting because instead of giving you a stack of forms to fill out to check in, they instead offer a QR code for you to be able to check in. I thought that was pretty cool. Anyways when I was all checked in I was put in a patient room. The room itself looked dirty, upon walking in the sheet that covers the bed was all crumbled up & it was visibly used. Cinnamon proceeded to clean up & wiped the bed with disinfecting wipes. She took my vitals, & then left the room. I noticed there was a glove on the floor, & overall I just felt the room was unclean. Then PA Pham walked in & proceeded to look at my left ear & his first response, "Ohhh my that looks really bad" he then checked my right ear & said that one was good. He recommended I get a shot of antibiotics & he would then prescribe antibiotics & pain medication then left. I waited a few minutes & then Cinnamon came back to give me the shot. As I was removing my sweater she said it was recommended I get the shot on my butt because the arm would hurt. I thought about the covid vaccine, maybe that should've been on the butt too lol. Cinnamon did advise me that this medication would possibly cause vaginal discharge & to not be alarmed if there was discharge (there was, ewww yes TMI I know but good to know so you're aware too if this happens to you) While she gave me the injection on the butt it felt like my butt cheek (righty) was being pinched & she apologized since she had nails on (pic provided, don't worry she was wearing gloves when she gave me the shot) I requested to take a picture of the medication I was being injected with & she did not mind. I must say Cinnamon was very warm & welcoming. I would give her a 5/5, she made me feel at ease during this crappy situation. I was here for about 2 hours which is definitely half the time I would've spent at the E.R I was told if after 10 days it has not clear to contact my primary care physician, luckily I already had an appointment for a physical scheduled with him for tomorrow because I definitely plan on following up with a specialist. Anyways I gave this place a 3 instead of a 4 because there was no indication to call in after hours to be let in, & it was a little dirty, but overall if I have an urgent care need during after hours I'll come here again especially now that I know how this place runs. read more

I came here a few months ago due to shoulder/neck pain. It's pretty much clean. Everyone was nice but it took them awhile to tend to me when I walked in and after signing in which you do with your phone instead of filling out papers, I was called within 15 minutes after online signing in. The nurse was quiet while taking my vitals which is ok but I rather like knowing how my vitals are. The staff over here at SoCal Urgent Care is fantastic! I had called in yesterday around 9 Pm after looking through Yelp for any urgent care facilities open late at night, due to my mom having some pressure in her chest and a slow hard heartbeat which was causing her some discomfort, and was told that the last call for patients would be 11:15 Pm, so we had rushed to Anaheim in order to get her checked out. There were only 1 patient inside the lobby aside from us, and the brunette front desk receptionist was very welcoming and gave us the paperwork to fill out while she went ahead and got our insurance information. We were escorted into the room fairly quickly by one of the nurses who ran a few check ups on my mom and thankfully her vitals were normal. A little while later, the doctor had came in and did a few check ups and was very patient with us despite there being more patients pouring in past 11 Pm waiting to be seen as well. Thankfully there was nothing too serious to worry about, after getting some rest my mother had felt much better. If you are in need of urgent care services, I definitely recommend this office! So thankful that they open late and willingly worked overtime to help patients. (We left around 11:30 Pm, and there were quite a few people who came in to be seen.) read more

I took my mom there because it's was open late. However we waited 2 hours before being seen. The staff was pleasant but seemed a bit overwhelmed. The waiting room was loud as people played videos on their phones and let children be overly loud. I know the office can't help that but you would think others would be courteous of others when they are not feeling well. The office was not kept up and seemed a bit run down. The exam room was dirty and needs some deep cleaning. I noticed it right away in the triage room as there is a chair that should be discarded. When I was leaving a gentleman and his son tried to check in at 10:30pm as was turned away because they were not taking any more patients. Her responded that they supposed to be open until mid night as it is posted as their hours? The young lady said they were to busy and short staffed. At that time there were only about 3 others in the waiting area. With our experience, I will say it wasn't horrible but I will not return there for treatment. read more

had water clogged in one of my ears. called around urgent care centers and most didn't accept medi-cal. finally found one that accepted it. wasn't busy at all; was the first to be seen with very short wait times. had ear wax which prevented the water from draining, and the doctor flushed it out. very professional and friendly from the front desk, nurse and doctor. very satisfied and will definitely go again. read more

Made an appt for rapid covid testing through Solv for 10am. They called me before 9 asking if I could come at 10:30 since some one else had 10am booked. I said that's fine. Arrived and was directed to drive towards the back where there was a door with a sign posted. Sat in my car along with others would arrived for I'm assuming their 10am appt. I didn't see a single dr or nurse come to assist anyone. The ones who arrived before me tried going in and asking what's going on. Not much of a response. Had a car honk their horn. Waited an hour and decided to leave as the earlier cars drove off in frustration. I even tried to call but it sounded like the person just bumped my call. Laughing out loud, where to even begin describe my f-ing experience... Went to check my inflamed throat for infection, I got there at 9PM, it's a little bit busy so okay it's understandable to wait, so I waited around 2 hrs to finally have the provider (Binh Mach) check it out, and he said oh yea the test for strap throat is negative but it's infected since it's red and really swollen, so he prescribed me amoxicillin and ibuprofen for it, and CLAIMED to sent out to the CVS nearby, and they said it was open, and I go to CVS, they are closed, not the urgent care's fault cuz they wouldn't know. So I waited till the next morning, and my throat is killing me, I went to CVS, they told me they have NOT received any prescription from the urgent care... so I called them and they tell me oh yea nothing was send yesterday, the doctor didn't even write down what he prescribed me... so the new front desk people put me on hold to discuss what should they do, and then they told me they are NOT going to prescribe me ANYTHING, and I told them the doctor said I had infection, they told me "nope you were negative so take over the counter" HA HA HA HA HA HAHAHAHA Never lol going lol back lol again Call me a Karen but you see the whole experience right?? Do not come here unless you have time to kill... They need to get their stuff together. I made an appointment on SOLV and I thought it was all Gucci.. Appointment at 11:45 and arrived at 11:30. Checked in on SOLV and they said that two people were before me. Thought all was good until I checked the clock and it was 11:55 and still no one. So I called again and was told I had to come in and check.. and apparently they didn't even know I was here because the check in online doesn't connect with their system? Makes no sense I was then told I had to move into the other parking lot where the test would be taken... okay I moved and waited... but this made no sense as nobody knew what car I was in.. so I flagged down a person who looked like she was giving covid test and said I had to park in these specific spaces... which AGAIN no one told me. Now I've wasted 45 min and well I couldn't wait anymore as I have toddlers at home waiting for me and my husband still has to work.. so they told me that they would call me in about 20 min.. it's be 40 min and still no phone call. Mind you I paid $150 for this service.. this service is STILL NOT COMPLETED. This is nonsense. And time is priceless.. if I don't get the results today..... it's not going to be pretty.
