When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever. She worked with me to try to get someone out ASAP. Christopher arrived around 7:45pm. He was so nice, professional and took great care in making sure that my hardwood floor was protected from his tool and water. Well, the clog was a BIG ONE. But after about 1 1/2 hours of working on the sink SUCCESS!!! After he took his tools to the truck he came in to make sure that the sink and surrounding area was perfectly clean and even put my throw rug in place. I appreciated his friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail. And the best part! The price! I was so nervous to ask what I owed and was so relieved when I saw the bill.
