Overview: a beautiful station, very big and can be confusing, many stores and food options…read more ---- I stayed a hostel 5 minutes away by walking and this station was so convenient. The architecture was so beautiful at any time of the day. The inside being quite beautiful as well, especially when you walk upstairs overlooking the Eurostar trains and see a couple different statues there. My favorite was the large one of the couple embracing. Platform 9 3/4 is located in this station, for Harry Potter fans, the cart is available during the day to take a picture with for a price, but after hours they remove it and you can still take pics and videos with it! During my stay they had free ice cream outside the station that was super yummy and a nice little treat to have before heading out in my way to the trains. Inside the station are lots of places to eat and has cheap, convenient food spots like Greggs, and nicer sit-down places as well. It can be a bit tough navigating through the station because it's so big (especially when using maps and trying to find places like restaurants inside of the station) but for the train areas just follow the signs and it's pretty self explanatory. They even have a piano for people to play for fun which was cool to see and hear. Scanning in and out of the station is also easy because all you need is a credit/debit card and you don't even need to purchase a ticket which is so much more convenient compared to places in the US or France. ---- Overall: a great station to stay near and to go to, easy-ish to navigate and lots of places to eat at, very beautiful station as well

Turn right when you come out of the station and walk pass Sainsbury's and you will see Camden Town Tube Station ahead of you, from here is the starting point to the Camden Markets, the Lock, live music venues, and places to enjoy international cuisines. On a match-day, this place can get really busy, with queuing basically all the way from the stadium at the moment, with the stadium and station not coping very well with large crowds. The station is step-free on the Victoria line which is pretty handy, with other stations including Green Park, Euston, Victoria and Oxford Circus also being on that line, meaning you can basically get one tube from here, from most parts of central London. The buses outside the station weren't set out very well, I struggled to find one to get to the stadium and even the station staff has no idea to go, with this being one of the stations Tottenham Hotspur promote to use and even Transport for London, it's ridiculous the staff were running around like headless chickens, unhelpful and unapologetic. The station seemed clean enough, but it seemed a little scruffy around where they were doing some construction work. The Underground trains are inside the station, and the Overground are separate ticket gates outside which was rather maverick. There were no shops outside the station, but there was a retail park across the way however there wasn't really anything one could get from the retail park easily to take with you on a journey such as drinks and snacks, unless you prefer to eat at one of the fast food outlets including KFC and Subway before-hand. My husband needed to use the bathroom and couldn't find any at this station. When we went upstairs, the food seller was of no help. My husband then saw a "McDonald's" M logo across the street. It turned out that it was a training site, not an actual restaurant location. So yeah, no loo here. Place is conveniently located to buses and for people to pick us up by car.

Is a pretty cool station actually, has the tuck shop type thingy inside that will serve your chocolate, crisp, sweet energy drink and newspaper craving and is generally quite clean. The PIccadilly line is a pretty neat line to be on and gets you into the centre very quickly, if not a little sweaty as it gets packed at rush hour. Oh, and in the mornings this station has the biggest mound of Metro newspapers on offer you have ever seen. If that is not a top tip, I don't know what is. The platform is a bit of a step back in time to old victorian times with a beautiful veranda and even a waiting room (!) to keep you warm during those cold winter commutes.
