First there was Bobby who looked kind of rough but he was very nice and after I told him the problem with my car told me that they would look at it right away and got the owner Jeff. When I saw the back brace on his back and told him that I had lumbar spine surgery 2 months ago we got into an interesting conversation about that while they got my car on the rack and Jeff was looking at it. Then Jeff came and got me to show me the damage. My car is an old but reliable 2007 Toyota Camry. I was hoping that the joint connecting the muffler to the catalytic converter could be soldered but there was so much corrosion the joint and catalytic converter needed to be replaced. It was expensive for me on a limited fixed income but much lower than other places. Jeff told me that it would take about an hour but it was about 45 minutes. I told Jeff and Bobby about the negative comments about the "grouchy" guy and asked which one it was. They pointed at each other and we all started laughing. I called Six Star who performs work on my car and they said last inspection showed I did not need one and if I did, they charge around $135.
