I was in Lawrenceville checking out a car I was considering while car shopping, and I stumbled across global Auto solutions. I called at 10:30 and they said they could make an appointment for me at 11:30, I took the car over early and they politely declined squeezing me in early, but it exactly 11:27, they took my car in. I love that they keep their word on the time, and when they said it would take an hour, it didn't even take that long. I got both a full write up on what was good and bad about the car and a generous estimate on what it would take to fix the cars particular problem, and an insurance that if I bought the car, and brought it back, that I could get the repair done for less than what they quoted, then said "but you'll need that to negotiate better.". Thank you! While I was waiting on my car, I watched the chief mechanic bring the keys back to a young man who was there because of a brake issue. The chief mechanic said, it's $150 for the inspection of the brake system but I'm not going to charge you that because I think I already know what's wrong with it. It's a repair that's going to cost somewhere in the realm of $2,500, so I'm not going to charge you for the inspection, and here's your keys, you go on ahead and think about what you can afford to do. Wow. That was a kindness for a young man who probably didn't have all kinds of excess funds. It's nice to know that business owners still keep the big picture in mind. read more

Michael has been absolutely incredible. I've never met a more honest mechanic. I initially took an Infiniti in for a pre-purchase inspection and he was extremely thorough with everything, including pictures and written descriptions of the issues the car had. He steered me away from making a bad purchase and gave me great advice and recommendations for other vehicles. He genuinely cares about his customers and will go the extra mile to ensure they're taken care of. I would highly recommend Global Auto Solutions to anyone that is in need of car assistance, repairs, or inspections. I live about 30 minutes away but will only go to him if I have any issues. 7/16/21, Global Auto "replaced" my power steering pump in my BMW 330 ci with a cost of $2268.79. In Sept. of 2021 they needed to "replace" it again, as it was having the same problem. In questioning the failure, I was told "we don't know why it failed." In Nov of 2022, the BMW was in another repair shop and they informed us that the power steering pump and the hoses needed to be replaced. Knowing that this was done a little over a year ago, I contacted Global auto on Nov.26 to schedule bringing in the BMW as it is still under warranty. I dropped the car off on Nov 30th and was informed that they probably wouldn't be finished until next week, because they were so busy. On 12/5 I called since no one had contacted me, and was told that while the power steering pump had been replaced, they now wanted to find out why it kept failing because the manufacturer wasn't going to keep replacing the pump for free. I would have thought this would have been done the first or the second time. When I asked about the hoses, I was informed that it wasn't the hoses and it looked like another part that they couldn't find, even at the dealer, but that they would call by end of day to update me.12/7 I called and left a message, no return call. 12/8 I went by the shop and saw the car, but no one was behind the desk, just a sign saying to call this number and someone would get back to you, called twice, no reply or return call. called again on 12/9 no reply. On 12/12 took an Uber to the shop only to see the same sign on the desk, when I asked the guys in the garage, they didn't even know he was gone. I called the number twice got no one, I used my spare key and took the car home, no one has contacted me since. Nor did they reply to the BBB report I placed. I had another company say they fixed the issue that was ongoing with my car, I came across Global Auto Solutions. When I tell you I was satisfied, I genuinely mean that. Michael was AWESOME from beginning to end. He had my Dodge Durango for 2 days and each day he'd call & give me an update on what was going on (which is something the other company never did) He explained everything in detail, I know nothing about cars and he was able to explain it in a way I understood. I never felt like a "bother" or that I was "inconveniencing" him like other places made me feel. This is my third time coming here to fix my car. First time it was for headlights. Second time my side mirror. Today it was for my car battery and a oil change. Micheal and the repair techs are very courteous. Micheal the manager is not forceful with the repairs. He tells you what the problem is and tells you how much it's going to be. I haven't went there back to my car and was told well we also found this other thing you have to repair. He is very honest when it comes to your car repairs and the pricing. I know because I always do research before I get a repair done. I wouldn't rake my car anywhere after finding this place. Usually gets the repair done quickly as possible too. This company is ridiculous. The service manager Michael is rude, unprofessional and unknowledgable. He had me waiting from 8:30 in the morning until well after 1 pm for my car. He told me I could only get a lift home if I lived a mile away. He was sealing and oil pan and told me he didn't know how long it would take to seal. I know this wasn't his first time doing this service. Do not go here. read more

Let me start off by saying this place has friendly staff, but their services are terrible. They told me my car had a problem with my ECU and so i left my car to be fixed with them because the shop i usually go to is a bit further and i did not want to risk being stuck on side of the road. When i came back from a week long vacation they still had not fixed my car and had me waiting even longer. When i finally got my car back i had it for a week or 2. I was charged over 1000$ for the fix. Boom! car fails to start again and has same problem. So i get lucky enough to get it started again after 10-15 minutes and i took it back. Thankfully they were willing to fix it again for free. Again, i was waiting days and days to get my car back. Very frustrating. When i finally got my car back AGAIN i had the same problem!! My car got stuck and i had to get it towed from my friends place 40 minutes from where i live (tow trucks are NOT CHEAP) Finally took it to another shop, they only charged me 110$ to fix the car and now i have not had any problems since. Save your time and money and go to Global alliance in Lawrenceville. These ppl here seem nice and friendly but i don't feel like they know what they are doing and over charging for everything! read more

Rip-off. They were my 3rd try to find an honest car repair shop for my 4 vehicles after recently moving to the area. Based on the reviews I gave them a try when my battery went dead. They charged me $45 to tell me my battery needed replacing. I passed 4 other shops that test for free to try them out. When I explained my intent to bring them all my business they did not care.
