Overall, it was a solid spot for a quick breakfast, but I'm not sure it stood out enough for me to go back.

I think the iced one only comes in the 12oz cup because after ordering I realized I did not specify the size and I got the bigger one. It is $1.50 more for whipped cream which is a bit steep, but it was good and also a lot of it. The color (green) was a bit lighter than what I am used to, but that allowed for it to be creamier. I am not sure if they use real matcha or a syrup that it matcha flavor but the matcha was very subtle. Nonetheless, it was very good, especially after mixing in the whipped cream. The service was really good and quick, and our waitress was very kind. They speak both English and Spanish.
