Most importantly, the food was very bad compared with what it used to be. This restaurant feels very old and poorly maintained now. In my opinion, the owner should either step away, sell the restaurant, or bring in someone who can properly manage and improve it. I would not recommend coming here again. There are better places where you can spend your time and money and actually enjoy your meal. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and makes some major changes.

In long I've driven past this place dozens of times without even noticing it--their sign is small and kind of faint, and it's an old house. Blends into the background a little, though it turns out to have excellent word of mouth now that I know about it. I came in for a late lunch and got a table immediately. There are half a dozen tables inside, about the same outside. The covered patio is very comfortable and on a perfect sunny summer day there aren't many better settings. The menu is about 100 items or so--apps, salads, a few soups, lots of noodle dishes and entrees. I checked out the Bangkok Spices, which is listed as a spicy dish. They offer five stars of spiciness, which turned to make me wipe my nose maybe once, but definitely wasn't overwhelming. The dish was just great, though: Fresh veg, nice moist white chicken, tasty fresh soft rice. The kitchen is a quiet storm of non-stop banter in Thai, but the menu (and spice levels) are very Americanized. Snohomish is a very caucasian place, so this makes some sense. The server seemed like a local, just the loveliest, sweetest kid. Very attentive and always working. I didn't order a beer but they have maybe 8 taps, focused on hoppy stuff and crisp lagers from good breweries. Good choices for a menu like this for sure. I'd come back here any time, very happily. But I do need to say there are Thai places closer to home and a few of them are a little more ambitious in the kitchen.

The Pineapple fried rice was a perfect compliment to the other dish. Packed full of flavor and spice. This dinner meal was for a vegetarian friend and they had to go figure out another meal when we opened it up, since this was rendered inedible to them. We were looking forward to this place but are deeply disappointed by this goof up. To add on, there was just one party dining in which makes it even more difficult to understand as to how did they mess up the order. They charged $19.19 for this specific meal which totally went to waste. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. As a courtesy of this goof up, I would expect this restaurant to refund this dish. Edit July2: I was reached out by the owner Amy, refunded half the charge for the incorrect order and was promised an on the house entree the next time I place an order. Considering the other dish was decent to taste and this follow up, I will add another star to the review.
