I'd been wanting to try this location for awhile. The staff was friendly and the space while dated was still enjoyable. My only issue was the strong smell of cleaning products in the front area where I was sitting, it was unpleasant and overwhelming. It could have been a one time thing and I'll be back once more to give them another try. I will say the coffee was good. But the staff was amazing. read more

Stopped by here while running morning errands and what a cute little find! There's a drive through and dine in option as well. I had some time so I found parking easily in front of the shop and came inside for a vanilla latte pairing it with a cinnamon sugar donut. Seating can be a little tight when busy but that typical of a good coffee shop! The staff is friendly and quick to prepare the orders. Coffee is pretty good here and my donut was fresh. We checked this place out as we waitfor our friends' EV while charging. This place was AWESOME! I been to Vinaccio multiple times and the place is such a solid place. Veteran owned company from what I understand. I really enjoy the different coffees they offer. My go to is usually iced mocha's regular or white mocha. Tried their foods as well from the sandwiches they make there as well. Staff is always helpful and kind. They tend to remember you as well which is an added plus. The inside is nice and tightly maintained. Very clean and such a relaxing place to enjoy some delicious coffee. read more

Wow, this was some of the best coffee I've had in the Seattle metro area. The coffee shop itself is like stepping back in time to 1997 with comfortable and eclectic seating, board games, etc. A true third place. read more

I love love love this place so much from everything from the staff, food drinks and the easy drive thru Staff Is All The Best Delaney & Her Crew Are Awesome Delaney Is My Favorite I will definitely choose this spot over any other in town the drinks are top notch quality and I always enjoy seeing the staff and lighting up their day my favorite drink here is the caramel macchiato and food anything. Definitely recommend. My aunt & I come here a lot and love seeing everyone and enjoy our drinks so much. Today I paid almost $8 for a 16oz hot chocolate with coconut milk. Not only was it expensive but it was terrible. It was bitter and chalky with no chocolate flavor. How does a coffee place screw up something so simple??? I was there for a meeting, and all of the unoccupied tables were dirty. The staff wasn't friendly at all. Can't say I'll be back. read more

The art of espresso is lost. Vinaccio sure hasn't found it, either. A simple americano, burnt to an unrecognizable crisp. What happened to the pride that this company took in their coffee? They used to tote "keep the focus on the bean". Seems like their focus has shifted to "keep the focus on the bean-counting". Sad to see. Not many good shops left in the valley. read more

Delicious coffee and wide assortment of milk alternatives including almond, hemp and oat milks. Next time I come back, I'll bring $35 cash and get a $55 gift card (that also doubles as a punch card!)...what a great deal! They even have a drive thru. No need to pay the same amount for mediocre coffee from you-know-where. This will be my go-to coffee shop in Monroe from now on. I wish there was a little more seating inside. There's basically one 4-top table, a children's table and a pair of leather chairs. The ambiance is a relaxing industrial chic. read more

I walked into Vinaccio hoping for a tasty beverage, but instead was greeted by several staff members who were completely maskless. I watched them make drinks maskless and also interact face to face with customers. I went to the register and asked if they wear masks and she said no. I reminded her that masks are currently required in Snohomish County and she said "my boss is handling it". Ok. I took my business elsewhere. I'm certainly glad I didn't use the drive through as I would not have known they were maskless until I got to the window. read more

I love coming here. The coffee is delicious and never burnt like I've experienced at other places. The girls are all so sweet and friendly. The owner is very nice and personable. I love supporting local. That's why I choose here over Starbucks. This morning I got a hot chocolate and breakfast sandwich. The drive thru was fast and as I drove away, I took a bite and the sandwich was still freezing cold on the inside. Fine. I went back, but went inside this time, and told her and she looked at me and said OK. I thanked her for being fast the first time. No thank you. I waited about the same amount of time as in the drive through. She gave me a minute warning and finally brought my sandwich holding it like it was dirty and looked at me and didn't say thank you or sorry for your experience or wasting your time. She just handed it to me. STILL COLD!! Not going back to a local place with out manners or customer appreciation. OK SO that was yesterday and have since talked to the manager, Mike and he totally made everything right and then some. He apologized and really made my day by doing that. I will add the time before this was awesome, the girl was super friendly and asked me my name, hot drink and sandwich and gave me a receipt so I could tip, great experience. Will definitely be back!! I love this spot! I stumbled upon it while in the area a couple of times to pick up a new puppy (her breeder lives in the area) and am so happy I had the chance to discover this place. The baristas here are so friendly! It really makes for an excellent experience. And, the coffee is also amazing; I've enjoyed their hot & iced lattes. Hey everyone, a lot of you know me personally and know that I will take care of you no matter what. We will make sure your drink is right each and every time. For those of you new to us, we started in Sultan in 2003 and have had a constant presence in The Valley ever since. I love this place and feel honored that you all have allowed me to follow my dream for this long. On the wholesale side you already know that I will hook you up with coffee that will set you apart from the competition. We supply coffee from small establishments to large companies and everything in between.

History

Established in 2003.

Vinaccio coffee started out roasting beans in a small farm house on Whidbey Island, Washington. The year was 2003 and Seattle was the coolest place on earth (it still is a pretty rad place to live). After several roaster fires and the need to go from a one-pound roaster to a six-pound roaster, we decided to move out to the beautiful Sky Valley of Washington State. At that time, we had little money, lots of energy, and huge dreams. Since that time, we have moved all the way up to a 55-pound Diedrich IR-24 roaster, installed a proper cupping table, and improved our roast profiles by leaps and bounds; it's amazing what 21 years will do. We have been extremely blessed as a company. Every day we reflect as a company how lucky we are to be doing what we love to do.

They have a bunch of blends that do really well. I avoid blends; I want the different flavors of single-origin stuff. I'm thinking now I should have realized that the rave reviews I see for this place are for the blends. I tried the Kenya, which the owner was proud to explain is their highest-rated offering. It's a good coffee, but not single-origin in the sense that they note how it was processed and where it was grown. They just give you the country. That's still an enormous step up from where coffee was when I was a kid, and it's an impressive effort for coffee that's a mere $11/lb. The big sign on the wall said this was a medium roast, and what's in the mug is very smoky and dark. Too much for my tastes, but I'm glad to have finally tried this place. I'm looking forward to trying the other beans and finishing all this up.

Then I read that it was important to use freshly roasted beans. After checking the reviews on Yelp, I decided to drive over to Caffè Lusso. The person there was very friendly, and recommended one of their coffee beans which were roasted the day prior. After purchasing the beans, I immediately drove home to try them out. And the results I got, first time, were fantasic! It turns out my prior issues were due to the 4+ month old beans from that big name coffee shop!
