I had to wipe the table and chair down from crumbs and my hands stick to the table whenever I touch it. There have been 3 flies sharing the table with me consistently for 20 minutes now, no matter how many times I shoo them away. I look around to see if there are any other places to sit. The long table directly to my left is covered in crumbs and food is stuck to the chairs. There are even more flies there. I just watched as an employee came out from behind the counter with paper towels and what appeared to be cleaning solution in her hands, and I got hopeful that there might be a clean table to move to shortly... nope. She went to the doors and cleaned smudges off the glass. The tables remain filthy and I continue to bat at the flies that harass me. The barista's are not currently slammed with customers in the store or in the drive thru either, so I don't know why no one has a moment to wipe down the tables and chairs. Seems to me that if they kept the general area clean, they would not have a fly problem to begin with. I feel like asking for a rag to clean my own table. Please do better. u

As to be expected in New England considering the popularity. I do enjoy the occasional Dunkin breakfast sandwich along with hash browns as well as the refresher here and there and seasonal coffee drinks. The refreshers are the perfect drink for a hot summer day. Coffee wise local spots have superior drinks but a chain spot they can be decent. Their breakfast sandwiches are better than a lot of the other fast food options but do wish you got more hash browns with an order. With the numerous visits we have we made here over the years we have had so few issues or complaints which is why I have given 4 stars. Minus one star due to being Dunkin and local options being better. But keeping at 4 stars just due to the fact this has been the most consistent and reliable local Dunkin to us. Drive thru can be extremely long and ends up into the road quickly as well as a final note.

She walks away without asking if I want my receipt Then as I'm getting my straw I hear a different girl being super rude to someone over the drive through headset The only customers were me and the one car in the drive through, this was not a stressful rush (even then, completely ignoring customers or being rude isn't acceptable) The wax paper used to pick up my donut was also left in the bag. I work at a different Dunks, so I know employees are trained not to leave the paper in the bag. The reason we use them is so customers don't get our germs with their food! Donut was yummy. They have set up shop at Riverbank Park in Westbrook. Currently look for a small white trailer with a flag saying coffee and their hours appear to be from 8am-6pm. The thing that sets this trailer apart from others is they are Middle Eastern inspired so you can expect some unique flavor offerings. Following them through social media is what really caught my eye of their posts and stories they shared of people enjoying their drinks. They make some eye-catching photo worthy drinks that's for sure! Especially the Tiramisu Latte with the ladyfinger on top and everything making it look like a dessert rather than a drink. The owners were so nice and friendly and made us feel welcome as we stopped in early morning Sunday! I went with an Iced Tiramisu Latte while my wife got an Iced Biscoff Latte. Both were made as beautifully as the pictures made me think they would be. The taste for both was nailed as well! A fantastically unique coffee trailer that I am glad is located so close. The service was excellent--super friendly and our drinks were made quickly. They had a good sized menu of drinks (including seasonal/speciality ones) and some pastries.
