I rate this business a one star because I went here 3 times, each time I ordered a dark roast coffee with 2 creams but was always given a cup of 100% microwaved cream. No coffee, just cream. I wanted to try them because everyone was bugging me to give them a shot. Everyone in my school use to get Aroma Joes every morning. But I expect coffee in my coffee cup. Not a cup of straight microwaved creamer. Three strikes, you're out. read more

The coffee is great, I love their cinnamon rolls and I would have to say they have the nicest staff that is always happy, smiling and so pleasant! I always enjoy pulling up and saying hello to whoever is working that day. read more

Very nice employees and good food. Chocolate chip muffin had exquisite chocolate chip to muffin ratio. The only thing wrong with the bagels is that we only bought one instead of two. Black Jack rush tastes like a gambling addiction but a gambling addiction that wins big and brings the family back together. Frojoe with caramel very good. I go to this location when we camp in old orchard beach all the time... the wait was 25 minutes i understand it's busy, i got 2 rushes (ALL ICE) 2 sandwiches and hashbrowns ( i asked for them to be well done) but when ordering the girl who was at the window was very rude and kept saying "anything else" with an attitude like we were taking too long to order. we are asked to pull down and they would give us the food when it was ready. we waited another 20 minutes for our food, when another girl walked out to hand us our food she was fixing her hair with the same hand holding our bag of food. When opening the food both sandwiches are freezing cold in the center and my well done hash browns i asked for are raw, not cooked at all i took one bite and it made me sick. i'm very disappointed and will definitely not be coming back to this location. My whole experience was ruined. read more

MY FAVORITE PLACE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. Lucky for me, I pass aroma joes everyday while I head to work, so of course I have to stop by. My favorite thing to get is a double rush, of course double the caffeine. Sometimes I don't know what to order, so I just ask for a random. They always impress. I honestly don't know what happened to this place, but it's gotten to the point where at least 50% of the time my drink is messed up so bad to the point where it's inedible. I don't know if they're mixing up flavors or something but the taste is beyond disgusting. If I'm ordering a fruit flavored drink I don't want the bitter taste of coffee mixed with it. On top of that, the fact that they continue to raise their prices while the quality just continues to decrease has made it to the point where I will no longer be going here. It's not worth wasting $5 every other day on a drink I won't be drinking. I rarely/never have this problem at other locations but consistently at this one. read more

Stopped here real quick on our way out of town from camping over the fourth, as our daughter requested! We were pleasantly greeted by a young man who proceeded to explain all the drinks we asked about, as it was my first time here, never let on that they were slammed, that he was thinking about 100 other things he needed to do, or the next 20 customers waiting....he happily and descriptively explained them all with excitement, and truly made our first experience at Aroma Joe's one to remember! We'll be frequenting this location on our summer camping trips to Old Orchard Beach from now on!! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Come here probably 4 times a week and more often than not my drink is wrong. It's always chaos in there, people are running around and screaming to each other from across the room. Once even heard one of the employees judging my order from inside the building. I was appalled. This location specifically has terrible service. Most mornings I end up waiting over 20 minutes to get my order, and again most of the time it's not even right. Get it together. read more

Worth the wait in the drive thru line! Coffee was delicious, the manager was working the window and chatting with us about the history and coffee while we waited for the latte to be made. She gave us a small regular coffee no charge just so we could taste it. Both were awesome. The prices were cheap for good quality coffee. Better prices and flavor than Dunkin or Starbucks.
