The staff was outgoing with explaining what was available and how it was prepared. The food was freshly made and delicious. The food...oh the food.... Where do I start?!! The French Toast was to die for! Perfectly cooked, flavored amazing with a touch of vanilla, and sweetness. It doesn't get much better than this.... It's like they sprinkled this delightful entree was dipped in the happy teas of a unicorn and hit with a coat of fairy dust! The American breakfast perfectly cooked and seasoned amazingly. Paid initially but the seating at this place is god awful. Numerous seats taken for 2 people but hold 4 for the table. Set up is pay and then seat but people sit and hold the table before even ordering holding up seating even more. No door greeter to seat people. Automatic skip. Will not return. Ordered breakfast burrito without pico and avocado but it was served with both unfortunately so it kind of ruined my meal. They do have fast service, my companion ordered the All American breakfast and that looked good and was served as ordered. I would probably give them another try someday, not sure. read more

Everything about Paloma's is amazing, and it has become a staple whenever I go to Old Orchard. The food is always delicious, from sweet to savory they nail every dish. The drinks are also top tier, the Sunrise Cold Brew got me hooked on putting orange juice in my coffee! I love their creative use of ingredients and variety of the menu. The staff is incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The music is great, the decor looks straight off of Pinterest, and it's always very chill and relaxed when I go. If you're ever in the area, definitely stop by Paloma's!! Starting with fresh strong coffee,y husband had perfect eggs and avocado toast I had a truly fantastic bowl of vegan chili with delicious corn chips. Then I had a passion fruit Paloma for " dessert". We went out in search of breakfast this place had plenty of open seating, guess we know why. First off let me say when I am on vacation in a vacation town I want to be pampered and waited on. Not at this place. Order at the counter, pour your own coffee and refills. Food was pretty much normal and greasy, nothing really to write home to mom about. Here on vacation and it was a Monday around 10:00 and wanted breakfast. Came to this restraint ordered friendly counter person. Sat with our number and waited for over an hour had to go and ask about my order. We were staying near by and I noticed this place on our walk. It was awesome. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. The breakfast burrito was awesome, super filling, mixed/wrapped well. Fresh squeezed OJ means even better mimosas as a result. Fun fact, it takes 5 oranges to make one glass of OJ. We've have our own Condo in OOB for over 20 years, and this is our new favorite breakfast joint. The food is incredibly fresh and of the highest quality, including the greens and fruit. The Staff is warm and welcoming. Ambiance is completely relaxed and friendly and makes you want to linger. We had an omelette, avocado toast, smoothie, and Cold Brew. Everything was excellent. The pancakes, French toast, and other orders by the tables near us also looked delicious. Of special note was the smoothie which was completely made from fresh fruit. While the wait times can be a few minutes, and the ambience is clearly an afterthought, though not unappealing if you don't mind simplicity, the food and the service more than make up for everything else!! This little hole in the wall is on its second year. The name says it all, so we went for breakfast. The place was packed and not just with tourists, but every kind of person possible. The servers were super friendly and the host was amazing. Start with a Paloma. Then order another. They are divine and there were five or six flavors to choose from!! I ordered fried yucca which was a meal in itself and so perfectly prepared. It was followed by eggs and cheese on corn tortilla chips, also incredible. At my table people ordered French toast, pancakes with local blueberries, empanadas, and fresh fruit. To begin with a positive, the mimosas are fantastic and being a local where a good mimosa is hard to find... this is a plus. The staff and kitchen are disorganized and you're lucky if you get your food. We waited over an hour and when asking how long it may take, they went to the kitchen, returned to then ignore me and take someone else's order. She processed me a refund without communicating any update from the kitchen on our order so it was cancelled without much effort to keep us there. Hope this location gains some organization and communication or they will not last long. Not returning after this experience. read more

In this little conservative beach town, this place is a gem amongst boulders. We were feeling not so welcome and once we walked in and smelled the fresh squeezed juices and sweet plantains frying, we knew we were at home. The owner is incredibly attentive and sweet and so is the man behind the cash register. They were kind enough to wipe down and put together tables for our large party and invited us back for their evening latin dance night. We weren't able to go as we had conflicting reservations, but we were talking about the food the entire rest of the day. Highly recommend! read more

I really enjoyed Paloma's. I ordered the Tres Leches French Toast and my boyfriend got the Nutella and fruit pancakes. Glowing reviews from both of us on those two menu items, but the french toast was out of this world. I've never had such amazing french toast before in my life. The service was also great. The host/cashier working the register was friendly and the servers were quick getting our food out to us. Everything came out hot. The ambiance has a distinct "DIY" aesthetic but in an appealing and endearing way. We had brunch here on our vacation in the middle of a gnarly heat wave. The freshness and flavor of the food was the perfect meal to fuel a day of fun. The fresh squeezed mimosas were amazing. The chilaquiles sauces were so flavorful. The chicharrones were perfectly crispy and tender and served with the right about of acid and heat to cut the richness. We are still talking about the arepas. The staff was attentive and exceedingly kind. For the rest of us, the food and drinks are more important than whether or not I'm being served. You place your order at the counter and they deliver it to your table. The Latin American fusion is clear in the food. And of course, mimosas and margaritas in the morning, yes please, It's vacation. The things that seem simple, tasted amazing. Simple avocado toast had a bit of olive oil and some other yummy flavor... All drink mixes are home made. Looking in the kitchen, I was expecting to see some experienced chefs, but they look like your everyday standard line cooks (they're killing it)! My family and I just went here for lunch. We have walked by this place for the last three days and have not seen anyone eating in there so we decided to give it a chance. Apparently they just opened only a week ago. There were About 7 adults and three toddlers in our group. The only cons were that they didn't have any high chairs and the food came out a little scattered even tho we were the only ones in there, which was a little annoying but didn't ruin the experience at all. The music was great, the waitress was attentive, kind, and thoughtful. We all agreed that the food was probably the best we had since we arrived in OOB a week ago.
