We are new to the area and have ordered from here a couple of times. We love the Buffalo Chicken pizza, it's so good!!

The order arrived without any utensils, forks, knives, or even napkins. We ordered a salad, pizza, and chicken wings. We called to let you know that there was nothing included to eat the salad with and no napkins in the order. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the person on the phone immediately became defensive and started saying things like, "First of all, calm down," while trying to lecture us on how to speak. They also repeatedly claimed that they could not find our order and said, "We don't have an order like that," rather than trying to resolve the issue. I can provide the receipt number, order number, and all transaction details, so claiming that the order does not exist is simply not an acceptable response. A professional business should first apologize, verify the order information, and then work toward a solution. Either your company is cutting costs by not providing basic items such as napkins and utensils, or there is a serious issue with quality control. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. A customer should not have to call and argue just to receive the basic items that should come with a food order. The lack of accountability and poor customer service are just as disappointing as the missing items. read more

Nice staff but managed to mess up all 3 items of a 3 item order. First, my Ricotta heaven pizza didn't come with tomatoes. When I mentioned it, the staff wasn't sure if it did or not until I showed them a pic from their website. They offered to remake the entire pizza which was nice. But of course I had to wait. Second, I ordered--and paid extra for--ranch dressing with my mozzarella sticks. Get home and not only is there no marinara but there's no ranch that I paid for. I ordered from the catering menu in June 2026. I was at Pickleball Haven for two separate events and needed food for a potluck for the 2nd event. I knew I would have no time, nor the desire to leave Pickleball Haven to pick up a tray of food. So I ordered a half tray of pasta and added chicken (for additional charge). The pasta came with a tray of focaccia bread. The food was delicious and the food was delivered at the time I specified. I didn't get any pictures of the food, but have the receipt posted. Follow-up review from my last visit. I'm done with that red and blue game piece place that delivers so I gave Aroma another well deserved order. We gave them a good test. Antipasto salad, linguini with clams, lobster ravioli and a Large Combo pizza with anchovies on half of it. They had a 5 dollar discount for orders over 35 so that was a nice touch that I just added to the tip. Everything was ready in about 40 mins on time. ALL the entrees were wonderful and yummy! The pizza was top notch for us and the generous toppings were excellent! We are hooked! This is now our go to place. read more

This place is running what feels like a bait-and-switch. They advertise a "King Kong 3-topping pizza" for $28.99 + tax. Sounds straightforward, right? The only listed conditions are no combining coupons and no online ordering. But when you actually order it, they charge $23.99 for the pizza + $14 for the three toppings -- totaling $37.99 -- and then knock off $4 to make it $36.62 before tax. That's not a $28.99 deal. That's a made-up discount on an inflated price. (please note i even asked the employee if splitting the pizza toppings would cost more and he said "No" When I questioned it, I was told "that's how the register is set up." So apparently the system is designed to charge more than the advertised price. Call it what you want, misleading, deceptive, or just plain dishonest, but it's not a deal. If you like being overcharged for basic pizza, go ahead. Otherwise, save your money and go somewhere honest. read more

I really regret placing this order. It was unbelievable -- after a long and busy workday yesterday, I decided to treat myself and ordered a pizza along with garlic bread. The "garlic bread" was literally just a whole baguette, not even sliced, with some butter and garlic powder sprinkled inside. The combo pizza was nothing but covered with raw-tasting white onions and green bell peppers. Normally, pizzas are cut into 8 slices, but this one was cut into only 4, and the dough was still undercooked in some parts. Since I ordered takeout, I didn't realize the poor quality until I got home. After just one slice, I honestly felt sick from the low quality of the ingredients. That would be fine if it were clearly presented and reasonably priced, but the menu pricing feels extremely inflated compared to what you'd expect from a regular pizza/sandwich shop. For example, they were charging around $22 for 4 garlic rolls, which is honestly ridiculous. To me, it feels like a delivery-app ghost kitchen/alternate brand designed to make the food seem like it's coming from a specialty sandwich shop while charging premium prices. I can't speak to the food quality because I decided not to order after seeing the pricing and setup, but I think customers should be aware before ordering. I'd recommend checking whether the same or similar items are available directly from Aroma Pizza & Pasta for less before paying these DoorDash virtual-brand prices. read more

Ordered an Uber delivery...asked for Ricotta Heaven with no tomatoes (I can't stand whole tomatoes)...what I got? I called and asked what happened, and the guy I spoke to was trying to say he did put Ricotta on the pizza... Sir, no, you did not. RICOTTA has a distinctive taste and texture, and none of it was present. I'm very disappointed to write this review as we used to love doing take outs from there. This time was a very bad experience for us. The lobster ravioli was my favorite but it was just gooey inside. Not sure if it's imitation but it didn't taste good. The added chicken on the pasta that I paid additional for, was very rubbery so my kids did not eat it. The 2 out of the 4 breads were hard as a rock so threw those out. I can't justify going back again after receiving these awful food. read more

We are living in a time when an inexpensive lunch out costs $15 with tip. This pizza falls under that when I shared a "King Kong" size combo among four hungry guys. People's taste in pizza is all over the place. For this to be my dream pizza I'd make the crust a little poofier and more bubbly but that isn't the style here. I'm sure to a group of customers their crust is their dream crust. Don't get me wrong, it is good crust. Just not the way I like it. That being said I'll be back. It is good and it pleased my guests. We did a takeout and I noticed there was no tip section on their takeout app. When I went in there was some loose change in their tip jar. These are hard times and I get it. Aroma lives up to the instagram hype-their food is as good as their pictures look. On a busy Monday evening I was looking for a dinner option that was quick, convenient, and tasty. I opened up Yelp while I was at the park, and like a basic b*tch I typed in "dinner" and let Yelp do the picking for me. The first option that came up was Aroma, and I remembered I had bookmarked it, so today was the day to try! Ordering was SUPER convenient as they utilize online ordering for pickup. I could take my time and pick what I wanted without feeling rushed as if I called. I finalized and paid for my order and after, it gave me my 20-25 min estimate. For our family of four we ordered 12 BBQ wings, their largest pizza (only $19.99 + additional toppings), a meatball sub, and two cheesecakes.....ok and after I typed all that I realized I need to have a MAJOR lifestyle change. . ANYWAYS- food was excellent! I picked up my order on time and they already had it prepped and ready to go. Pizza was cooked all the way through and crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Wings were crispy- and fell right off the bone. Meat ball sub was juicy and very indulgent.
