Very disappointed with this experience. It took over two hours for my order. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes, I called to check on it and the girl who answered was rude and dismissive, insisting I had only ordered 55 minutes ago, even though I had proof it had been almost two hours. She even said, "Do you want me to explain it so you can understand?" which was completely disrespectful. I asked to speak to the manager (I think his name is Chase). When I called again at the two-hour mark, the girl answered still with an attitude, I was told they had to remake my order. Then the girl handed the phone to Chase, He apologized, but never explained why this happened after such a long wait. I asked to cancel my order, but instead of honoring that, he kept pushing a 40% discount. At that point, I was just tired, hungry and defeated. We regularly spend $120-$150 on pizza every other Sunday, and trying to find the best pizza around there, but after this experience, we will not be ordering again. I did like one of the pizza I ordered, but I refuse to put myself in that situation again. The issue wasn't just the delay, it was the lack of professionalism and respect on handling this. This is the only take out pizza I get! Ready to go in 10/15 minutes every time. The franchise owner already knows me by name. Staff is really nice and you get a free soda when you pick up your XL pizza. I always get the California Chicken Garlic. I get half CCG & half Garlic Lover for my husband who likes more meat. Counter-service pizza places have not been on my/our list of pizza options when craving this cuisine (usually seeking dine-in destinations -- to pair with wine, of course); however (again, thanks to Yelp!), Pizza Guys popped up on my radar. What a first impression... I was cheerfully greeted and welcomed, and their concept was appreciatively explained to me. Initially, I was hoping to sample their pizza but learned that they don't offer pizzas by the slice; I was so impressed by the person assisting me, that I'd returned the following day, as promised (service can make it or break it for me)! Ordering online is easy -- and love that their pizzas are completely customizable (e.g., sizes, type of crust, whether to include/omit ingredients, request separate ingredients on each half, etc.)! On a following unplanned visit, we ordered at the counter and waited (which wasn't long, at all; they offer a few chairs to comfortably wait inside). I found the staff impressive (especially for a fast-food, take-out place): positive-&-energetic, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and genuinely seeming to enjoy what they do; we had the pleasure of being assisted by (according to the receipt) Thong, an amazing representative for Pizza Guys, exuding positive energy! Being very visual, we enjoyed and appreciated the rotating video of pictures featuring their variety of attractive pizzas -- having us salivating for those which appealed to us, and already planning what we want to taste next time! In addition, we're eager to sample more of their menu (including non-pizza) items! We thoroughly enjoyed their Combo pizza on their thin crust -- chock-full of tasty ingredients! Our first time trying Pizza guys. They were super nice and the store was clean as a whistle. We ordered cheesy pizza rolls and a chicken spinach flatbread. We were pleasantly surprised! The flat bread wasn't the super flat cardboard flat bread. It said it was for 2 people and that was true! The crust was fluffy and filling. Got the pepperoni rolls, which we really liked as well. I assumed they had cheese, pepperoni and marinara/pizza sauce but there was no sauce in them. We ordered ranch as the dipping sauce but next time if they have a side or marinara I'd do that. Bonus when it's your first visit at Pizza guys you get a FREE 2 liter soda! Good to note there is no seating to enjoy your pizza in the store so I'd suggest ordering ahead to pick up and go. The pizza is actually pretty good for chain store pizza. A bit overpriced, but worth it when they run their 2 for 1 deals. Problem is they're slow and unorganized. The last two times I ordered and got there exactly at pick up time. Both times they had me waiting over 30 minutes before my pizza was actually ready. Most recently I when I got there they told me my pizza was "in the oven." 20 minutes later, I finally see them put it in the oven. ‍It wasn't even busy, and orders that came in after mine were ready way before mine. So overall, pretty solid chain pizza when they're running a promo and if you have nothing better to do than sitting there waiting and scrolling through your phone for 30 minutes. read more

They have great deals on the website and thats why im here a medium 3topping for 19.99$ customized. We even do the one with 25$ or more you geat a 2liter. Now the pizza always hit when I pick it up and tasted just as good as the last one we purchased great consistency. Pizza Guys in Tustin on Red Hill was a good choice for us the other day . It's been hit and miss on many pizza joints lately . I wanted a good quality and tasty pizza with that old time pizza parlor feel to it . We tried Pizza Guys for the first time and enjoyed a good quality pizza. When I first walked in to the store I thought , oh man another franchise . I was a little reluctant at first but gave it a try . We were glad we did .. The pizza was delicious with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. The two young men behind the counter were focused on making good food not on talking or being distracted by their phones . So I was surprised they had an 8 piece pizza rolls for 10 bucks. Tasting the gooey garlic cheese as I was pulling away made me feel like I was stealing something it was so good for the price. We have been customers of Pizza Guys since they opened, but they have officially lost our business. The service is awful. At least half the time they screw up something, it's usually forgetting sauces we've purchased, but also messing up orders and constantly an hour later than stated delivery time with cooled food. When we call them out on their mistakes, the customer service is completely inadequate. read more
