Ananise did not wash my hair nor did she use the proper materials to sew in my hair properly. I was unsatisfied with her service and asked her to redo my hair because it did not look the way it was supposed to. My hair started to stink so bad that I took it down that day and clumps of my hair came out while I took it down and then more came out in the shower. I paid $150 for my hairdo and I wanted $115 back because I had to drive from Gallup to Albuquerque and vice versa. She caught a very unprofessional attitude with me and preceded to call me the devil and begrudgingly gave me half of my money back.
