I picked HYH because they had easy scheduling online..and the other places I checked out online either didn't seem to have easy appointment making process or just were not open/didn't have last minute availability! I ended up booking my 90 minute full body massage appointment at night that day after I was done with everything! I was so glad I chose HYH. I arrived 30 minute earlier because I wasn't sre about where the place or what the parking situation was. But...there was nothing to worry about at all! Safe parking area, etc! Once I stepped into a place, a staff greeted me with water. I waited a bit and once I was there, I already felt a little relief from the peacefulness there. I had a male massage therapist and he was good! He did check in with me quite a bit on how I was doing and what I preferred. Honestly, with all the hot towels, warm pillows, hot stones, and all the massages all over, I felt on cloud 9. The prices were extremely reasonable that I felt so glad I chose to treat myself well that day! I definitely will be back at this place given all the right experiences about this place and the fact that they seemed more flexible with hours and open early/late, too!

The massage/facial beds are heated and all of products are organic and smell AMAZING so it's kind of like 2 in 1 aromatherapy as you're getting your facial :) They clearly state that the sauna/hot tub is additional on their website, so for the folks griping about that, it's probably best to simply read the info while booking rather than rip them for something that is stated upfront! I never expect to sauna or steam going into a facial service anyways, that just seems like an added perk/not to be expected. I digress.... if you want a perfect self-care day, book at Betty's!

When you go to a spa, you automatically have access to all the spa's amenities. This includes tubs and saunas. There are no spa amenities here. If you are paying premium prices, you would expect a premium experience. Keep looking because you are not going to get that at Betty's Day Spa. To make matters worse, their customer service is horrendous! One would think that, if there is a medical emergency, they would allow you to at the very least reschedule your services. They do not. We came in on our year anniversary a little apprehensive as neither one of us has had a couples massage before. They were sooooo kind and accommodating. We felt right at home. Calvin performed my massage and it was amazing. He asked a few times about the pressure which I appreciated. The pressure was perfect. My boyfriend had Jass perform his massage and she suggested a few things that he agreed with. It was so relaxing for him that he fell asleep twice. I would definitely recommend!
