Dr Pandya's primary office is in Troy and reviews were positive. I was pleased to learn he was on Rt 146 and very close to my location. He was pleasant, spent time with me and agreed with me that despite my bunions and pain I was not a surgical candidate. He ordered an x-ray which showed nothing serious, addressed the foot pain and steps to take with proper shoes. He was attentive and professional and his staff as well. I highly recommend this physician and his office.

After a couple of months, I got a new job that was nowhere near the area, so in February of 2021, I canceled my membership, as I found it harder to get all the way to Clifton park. I filled out the form required and terminated my membership. In August of 2021, I was looking over my credit card statement only to find that I was still being charged the monthly fee from April of 2021 thru August of 2021. I contacted the Joint and I was given the run around. I was told that an ex employee had reactivated several accounts after they had been canceled and that the owner was working towards compensating all of the members that had been wrongfully charged. I continued to call, but this issue was never resolved. They never reached out to me, they never event attempted to make this right! They still owe me over $500 that I was charged after my membership was canceled. It only took me this long to post about it because life has more important things that I need to deal with.

We are not newbies to physical therapy; in fact, we have had prior experiences with other PT providers including home visits. Our assigned PT Patrick Schroeder was excellent! My husband saw him for several sessions because of severe mobility and balance issues that were acerbated by a fall and a bout of Covid in December. Patrick was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the mobility issues and modifying the treatment plan when needed. He has outstanding interpersonal skills, and my husband was encouraged appropriately during his therapy sessions with him. He enjoyed chatted about SU sports and engineering with him. These interchanges helped him relax during the sessions. Patrick gave us two pages of exercises my husband could do at home to complement the therapy sessions. Office experience: The Green Room has friendly staff that are peasant to deal with when making or cancelling appointments.

Then I got charged for two months (over $600) of services I never used. I don't know how they got my new credit card number. I was told it was done by a collections agency, but it just felt very shady. They never contacted me. My first stretch was, good, but the rest were meh. Most of the staff there are disinterested teenagers. The Manager is really sweet, but the Owner has no integrity. I overheard a conversation between him and another client who wanted out of their contract because they couldn't afford it. He charged them a really big cancellation fee, and I know he could have waived it. I can't stand that stuff.
