Whenever we need to cancel or reschedule it is super easy to request online and, again, Woofie's is super accommodating, friendly, and responsive. We found that Your Dog Smiles offers dog running services in addition to the standard visits and walks. When we have to be gone for an extended period of time, we ALWAYS give them a call to take care of Sadie. The notes they leave are informative and let us know everything that they do with Sadie. When we go away for more than a day, YDS takes Sadie into their home as part of the Bed and Biscuit service. She is treated as part of their home, and the pack (with 2 other dogs). I love that I get the occasional photo sent to me showing how much fun Sadie is having. Would recommend Your Dog Smiles to anyone that's looking for a Pet Service!

The initial interview went great - we could tell right away she was a pro and would take great care of our girls. And we were not disappointed. She did everything we asked, including feeding the girls on their trays [don't judge! :-) ] and putting out their treats. She made sure she connected with both of them every day, even though they're both really shy with strangers. When we got home we got a little report card of notes that Crystal left after every visit. It really showed she cared and handled our kitties with great attention to detail. And she was so sweet when she returned our key. We'll never schedule with anyone else again! :-)

Too many dogs crammed into one area - specifically the outdoor play area. When the trash truck…read morecomes to empty the dumpsters, the dogs get scared and frantically try to escape the small fenced space. My 4-month old puppy unfortunately broke her leg in the scuffle. We were so happy that she had her rabies shot and could go to play with other dogs her size. This was her first day! I was told "we don't know what happened, but all the sudden she was limping ". I asked to see the video and saw the situation - she was trampled by other dogs when the trash truck was emptying dumpsters on the opposite side of their play yard fence. Why they didn't tell me that from the beginning is beyond me, but we will never go back there again. Negligence. The manager said "We are going to ask the trash company to come at another time so the dogs don't get frightened by the trucks ". It doesn't work like that- Dogtopia Dulles needs to be more aware of the trash pick up schedule and not over crowd the small space. So disappointed.

They checked us in just like they would do for me when I visit a spa and ushered him away for his grooming appointment. They called me a few hours later to say my boy was ready but I told them I wouldn't be able to get him until a couple of hours later. The agent said that was fine and I could get him anytime before closing. Mind you, I dropped him off before 10 am. So I'm basically getting free daycare along with the grooming fee. Which I also didn't pay for because I had a complimentary visit! I gave a nice tip when I picked him up and he rounded the corner with a glorious mane. I couldn't stop laughing because he was blown out to the GAWDS. Anyway, we will be back and I know it will be worth it.

Janik took over and he was really good. he kept most of the staff who worked for Donna, and and those employee where the backbone of the business. unfortunately, Janik sold the business, and things are not as good. the new owner seems to have a hard time keeping staff, I think there are two or three diehard employees who have been there for years, but most of the newer employee do not seem to stay long. it is a shame that what was a great service has been riding off the reputation of Great owners and now it seems to be coasting along.
